I wish the surgeon general would announce that shaving one's legs prevents testicular cancer.

Granted, but when you want to show off the decorated outfit, everyone laughs at you for wearing your outfit inside out.

I wish the nipples on my breast forms were connected to my natural nipples (and, heading off the obvious, THE RIGHT WAY AROUND - NOT INVERTED)

Granted - you get to stay for the full WEEK. Upon arrival, you are immediately chosen as "Miss Congeniality", and invited to serve as figurehead introducer/greeter for all events and discussion panels.

However, by the end of the week, your facial muscles are so messed up from all that smiling that you don't in the least resemble your passport photo. You can't get back into GB and are forced to wander the states working as the cute chick at bridge openings and ship christenings.

I wish I could, at will, alternate my singing (and speaking) voice between that of Crystal Gayle and Johnny Cash.

Granted - but when your voice switches from CG to JC and back nobody notices the difference.

I wish the piglet flu I have (mild Swine Flu) would just sod off, I've had it for nearly 2 weeks now and I'm so knackered from coughing my bl**dy heart up all damned night I can't be arsed to 'dress' properly.
