Well, Hello Dolly.
I was watching the Tour of Ireland bicycle race on TV this weekend, I know it's changed a lot in recent years, but it's still such a beautiful country.
Welcome to the forum. We love it when new So's join. Thanks for being open minded enough to give us a try!

I am a vessel of the Goddess. Let me express my calling to a feminine life through nurturing love and relatedness.

Hi Dolly,
I will commend you for being open-minded enough to venture into something that evidently you want to know more about. You will find that we are nice folk!
Some may disagree with me, but I consider Virginia a gift. She came out to me several years ago when I was going though a rough period of time and I have never looked back. Allowing the female aspect of my life to become an integral part of my very being has been the greatest thing that has ever happened to me and I do view it as a gift!
Hope you enjoy our "Island in the Stream."

Greetings and welcome!
Being nervous is normal and healthy. I was nervous when I joined way back when. I still remember being nervous. However, I've long since stopped fearing any negative consequences. The people here have become my closest friends in so many ways, though regrettably I have never met any of them in person. Someday, I hope.
Talking about an elephant in the room is the first step to overcoming fear of the elephant. Eventually, most of us come to embrace the elephant and benefit tremendously.
Hugs,
Bernice
