Seems suspenders are in fashion, or at least tights with a suspender motif.

Nope, those motif tights/hosiery do nothing for me, not even remotely tempted to buy them.

The second pic, well, it seems like she's having a wardrobe malfunction, eh?

Wonder if she planned that, just like Janet Jackson did?!?

Well two things come to mind:

If you got it -- flaunt it!

It ain't braggin' if you can do it!

I know Fredericks of Hollowwood has been selling that style for years. The problem is if you pay $20 - $30 for a glorified pair of panty hose and you get a run.
