Flagship Chapters are those who embody particularly well the Tri-Ess vision, and serve as an effective executive arm of that vision in their localities.For the next year, you will be honored in all Tri-Ess media for your accomplishment, and you will be an inspiration to other chapters.Accompanying this award will be an outreach grant in the amount of $100.
