Tranvestite folk dancing (for you Canadian gals)

Post by DeeDee »

LOL, I just read this kinda confusing article in one of our local papers and sadly its not true. http://blogs.browardpalmbeach.com/juice ... erdale.php Not a lot of folk dancing down here, but I love her dress  Its nice that the Toronto Star sees us as a destination fun place (which we are). And all of those places mentioned in the article are very nice....just not many cloggers here....oh well!
Hugs all

I like her dress. This sounds like a lot of fun actually.

I was thinking the same thing. I could get into square dancing if I got wear dresses and petticoats like that. Just not sure who would lead (is there a lead in square dancing??)

Cute dress, though dancing in heels would kill me. Flats ftw.

men and women have specifically defined moves but there is no lead. You just do what the caller tells you to do. Of course there is that call where you stand in a circle made up of the other people in your square and kiss your partner.....

Hmmm... I'll pass on the dress (and on the folk dancing); sorry, but custard-filled, chocolate-glazed doughnuts come to mind.

As a former square dancer, I would have loved to have been able to dance in dresses and petticoats. What fun that would have been.

There are gay square dance clubs that allow you to dress as a female.
