Divorced?

Post by Wendae »

It seems that a great many of the members are divorced because of our CDing and probably out number those of us that are still married. Thought I'd take a poll and see what the percentages are.

Last Wife we got Divorced

Post by Steve »

After only 2 years. I was not Man enough. Did not ever give organism yelled out. All because I wanted to wear panties and women's jeans. It was told up front and she was thrilled with it then. Of course this is from Woman who drank her Captain Morgan in water glass. I left and found wonderful woman who fully supports me.

She was no skinny gal or beauty winner. New one prettier and lots smaller. Plus we even wear matching panties and jeans.

Been together for 12 years (9 Married).

My SO knows and doesn't mind as long as I stay within the agreed upon limits. We compromised on a couple of things, yet I can happily live with this arangement. Most of my CD'ing is of the underdressing nature.
So I concluded that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to enjoy themselves as long as they can. People should eat and drink and enjoy the fruits of there labor, for these are gifts from God.

Are you asking about present or past.

CDing was part of the problems with the first marriage. But there were many others also. (8years)

Second wife knew before we were married. She isn't supportive, but as long as I don't parade it in front of her she tolaratoes it. Or at least she has for 34 years.

Maybe it would be more fitting to ask: How many of the members are divorced and the CDing was blamed (in whole or in part) for the divorce by the parties?

I find that to be more accurate, as it's easier for the parties involved to blame CDing for the failed marriage when there are almost always other issues involved. I've yet to see or hear of a marriage failing solely due to CDing.

Just my 5c worth (inflation, dontcha know)!

My CDing seems to be taking a lot of the blame from my wifes point of view. My CDing and refusal to quit it is a great sin. At least from what little I can get her to talk to me about any of the issues which IMHO is the real issue in our marriage. My wife has refused to communicate with me on so many issues in our marriage.

Anyway, when I was given the ultimatum of her or the CDing, then I packed everything up and ready to work on us and she was not. There is a lot more to it than she will talk about. She says I keep blaming her for our issues. I have just wanted her to talk about the issues so we could work through them. But the big issue is she will not talk about any of the issues.

You figure that mess out..... I just have given up after 21 years as my wife has turned out marriage toxic. Her word not mine. I just know that depression, fibromialgia and childhood mental abuse is not a good combination to deal with in a wife later on in life.

I answered that I am married and my wife knows.

The problem is that is for THIS marriage. I have three ex-wives that all used CDing as an excuse to get out of dodge. ;) I say good riddance to bad rubbish. ANYWAY, I am happily married to a wonderful woman who has known about my CDing since the day after we met. She is accepting and supportive of the Kandis side of things.

My crossdressing was where the problems began, and a trip to a councilor really put the icing on the cake, when he asked the question, "Do you want to live as a woman, with answer was yes". She moved into the spare move that night, and said that living with me made feel as if she was living as a lesbian. It took about 12 months to get the divorce through, and I move back to my home area some 700 kilometers south.
After approx 4 years since life is pretty good =D> =D>

Active Cd'er from aged 20, previous to that just borrowed available clothes.
Married first time at age 24, she knew but didnt support, and it wasnt the cause of the marriage break-up.
Married second time aged 28, she didnt know at first but became suspicious when I didnt object to her "let dress hubby up game". Mostly was supportive, becoming less so as we got older. Still married, now after 30 years. Its not such a big deal for me any more. I realised my weight was a problem and resolved to stop dressing till I got my weight under control, that was five years ago. Still feel all the urges, have a female avatar on SL which funny enough seems to help. Like to help others and feel something like a mother hen to a number of CD's. I seem to have gone away from the thread, thats not unusual for me.

Didn't vote as the choices weren't quite accurate.

Still married after 24 years and both wanting to stay that way.

Wife knows a little, not all of it, and would probably rather not know more.

Married 40 + years and would like to stay that way.
Wife tolerates my wearing panties 24/7, mostly black.
She, I'm sure suspects more, but does not want to know. I tried once to broch the subject related to my desire to wear panties, and was cut off in no uncertian terms she didn't want to know.
So I just make do the best I can.
My work has me on travel, more often than my SO would like, but gives me a chance to dress in private.
You I owe a lot to my SO, She has made it so we owe no debts going in to the GOLDEN years  As I'll be able to retire next year.

Auuggghhh!

Divorced five times.

Every one of them for a different reason! Never cross dressing!

First four may have suspected. The last one KNEW, but was not accepting.

Now, my SO wants to get married. She knows about me and my TG issues, does not care and is fully accepting, inclusive of being 'dressed' in front of/with her.

Buys me clothes, shoes etc. Buys me make up.

I love her, will marry her, BUT....! FIVE TIMES! and now looking at number six!

I can't refuse it! We, she and I, CLICK! But, I am really gun shy on marriage and I have to get over that. That is what is stopping me from asking her and her mind is, and has been, made up! She wants to be my wife, period.

I know, what a wonderful problem to have, every rose has thorns....

Love to all!

I was brought up to believe that marriage is forever.

And now looking at marriage number six. I have dealt with a alchoholic wife, an physically abusive wife, a promiscuous wife and a decietfull felon wife, etc. I tried desperately to make those marriages work and divorce was the outcome.

There MUST be something wrong with me! To even think of a sixth marriage!

Still married to my first wife and will celebrate our silver wedding anniversary in February

I have tried since before we wed to get her to accept Susan with no luck. Still these are not grounds in my book to get divorced
