I am jealous of the real girls in our present hot spell (UK)
The only girlie thing I am wearing today are pink knickers (pantie)
All the real girls are wearing shirt skirts or shorts and light tops. I wish I could. a bra shows through a light shirt!

I wear a lot of femme tank tops with shelf bras as an under shirt. The also work well to help conceal bra straps and other hardware.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.
Just trying keep a balance for my self along with keeping my wife and kids in mind.

Zari, what are you talking about?
You are the most illegal thing on this forum
I love you and you know it!
Most women, at least in this area, just don't wear skirts anymore. To see one in a skirt does bring about "study" on my part as I let my imagination run wide as to why she is wearing it. Does she have nice legs to show off? It is just her being her? Of course the ultimate, it she really one of us? Does she have on hose, what kind of shoes is she wearing, does the top match the skirt, what about the rest of her presentation?
Nice hair, nails, make-up! Just why is she wearing a skirt? Married? Wedding ring, other jewelry? Questions. questions, question!
Live and learn , ladies!

Hi Girls:
Perception .... that is the name of the game. I often study and consider the complications of being TG. I think that it is important to consider how one feels and what one believes about one's self. A biological male going topless is legal. Sure! But where is the fun in that? I remember seeing a recent cartoon the past ten years or so. It shows two humans in Afganistan, wearing the tradditional garb that covers you from head to toe with a screen mess area for breathing from and viewing your surroundings. The cartoon inserted text read, "I'd love to live in the West, being a transvestite is pointless here! (03-27-02)."
As funny as the cartoon is, there is some serious truth to this idea reflected in the image of two TG people. We exhault in the "image" of a woman. To not follow the rules of display and apperance as established in our culture some how takes away from the idea.
Gee, I wonder what that means? Well, to me, it simply says, we enjoy the actual clothes and appearance that we generate when enfem. Like seeing a baby grin and smile at you, your endophin levels go up, and you get a natural feeling of happiness and contentment from such a display.
Same goes with the clothes and the look that we see in the mirror. Why not? We admire women. We emulate them. It seems logical that all of our efforts are designed to create if only for a few hours at a time, an image that delights the personal spirit. So to go topless, well, we can already do that. Now to go out in a two piece or colorful one piece such as the one that I have in my closet, now that, makes me special!
A woman is the hanger upon which the clothes rest. The suit makes the man, the dress makes the woman. All other aspects aside, this is basic I think.
Hugs

LOL well thats a little sexist. yeah we like to emulate the extremes of gender being CDers but most GG and GB aren't like that. a suit doesn't make a man and certainly a dress doesnt make a women especially because as you say clothes are cultural and in the time of togas men were essentially wearing dresses and it was masculine. but yeah this admire of certain kinds of female or male images are whats exciting. I can see why it'd be more exciting when emulating a woman to wear a bikini but many of us aren't always wanting to appear fully as other gender or at least not all the time so I'm sure be legally able to go topless is nice. even though i like to appear and act male i couldn't go topless cause i actually do have breasts and thats very hard. male CDers can go topless or wear a sexy bikini very freeing I'd imagine yes?

Different strokes for different folks.....
The suit/dress analogy is an ancient metaphor referring to the final appearance of a person and not their specific sex/gender. It was presummed by those that lived by this saying that the individuals involved would meet the strict criteria of biological male or female and no variations or exceptions. The main stream majority and methodology of medically determining ones sex insitu at birth, excluding any possible exceptions that are not considered mainstrem majority. Man with sperm, woman with eggs etc. No mention of mental perception.
