Although he'd likie to pass Halloween can be a good time to see if this is feasable. Maybe he can just pass for a woman with love handles.

I for one prefer styles that are not way over the line. A well-fitted outfit, with judicious padding, a good wig, nice nails, and good make up can really do the job. Look for styles that suit his body and cover up the bad parts. Style magazines, on line style sites, and style books from the library can be a big help.
