Thanks Susan...definitely a liberating experience. The one thing I thought about after as I was driving home was this: what was the big deal? Okay, I am a man, I get that, I was dressed as a man, I get that, but I had nail polish on my toes...why is that such an event? I have toenails, they make and sell nail polish, I want to combine the two! A man using a decoration typically used by women still is a shock in almost 2011?
You see women forever wearing or using things not typically female and no one gives a second thought...I always tell my wife, someday, hopefully, things in society will be different, that everyone can be themselves, dress how they want without a second glance, without any fear of scorn or humiliation. Hopefully that day will come soon.

Brandy, I hope that day does come. And I think it's getting a little closer. If your toes are pretty, let them out! :D

I have acrylic nails with light Pink polish on them. I get very nice comments all the time in male mode from many women. Before I started using acrylic nails, I would get ridges running down the nail. These would crack down the ridge and then get caught on hair or something and end up peeling off on one side. Which means I had to peel off the other side. So now have acrylic nails and it solved the problem. Makes for a great explanation whenever someone asks about them. LOL

Back in grammar school all the nuns said that girl who paint their toes were sluts, or something like that. [-o<
