Years ago, perhaps as many as 12 years ago, I had a female student who wore a skirt and panty hose to class one day. She could have replicated the look in that picture. I have always tried to be tolerant saying, "To each, his own," but I found the look discusting.
The only time such hose should be worn is part of a costume to get laughs. Any way, that's MHO.

Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend.
Inside a dog, it's too dark to read.
I find it amusing because I do not like shaving my legs. Never has my legs seen a razor in their lives. I wax once a year in the summer and most of the time no one even notices that I am hairy. I find it a double standard. It doesn't bother me, I don't notice it, and don't feel less pretty because of it. Of course now the funny thing is that I tried to get my husband to Veet his legs so I could dress him up, and that stuck!
Point is, I don't see why a woman with a little hair should be "disgusting". I personally don't find armpit hair or leg hair unattractive on a woman unless it's out of control (and being trim is just as important on a man.)
