I need to return to my male self without ant evidence of my dressing. I also need to hide my adams apple and hairy arms. We need more info on how to get long sleve, high collared blouses and dresses. Turtle neck garments are hard to find.

It is sometimes hard to find long sleeves proportioned for male arm length in women's clothes. I did see some stretchy turtlenecks with sleeves at J.C. Pennys this past Saturday, as well as long sleeved cardigans in attractive colors that had extra length to the stretchy sleeves. I have a few pullover turtleneck cable knit sweaters, but they are not exactly in fashion right now. Scarfs with other tops are a good option, and buttonless cardigans to layer with other tops.

I wore long sleeves and still wear mostly long and some 3/4 sleeve tops. You may want to trim or shave the hair on your fingers depending on how much interaction you will be doing with others. I trim up the hair on my hands and arms for 3/4 sleeves. Can still see the hair but gets rid of the furry look. What you can do may vary.

Winter is an easier time to CD with hairy arms and legs. I guess I do not worry about my adams apple as not anything I can do about it.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.
Just trying keep a balance for my self along with keeping my wife and kids in mind.

You can wear a scarf, kerchief or high neck jewelry like a choker to mask the adams apple, but if the latter don't go with lots of rhinestones. It makes it too gaudy and you might be mistaken for a DQ!! One friend who likes to be Goth wears a 2" wide dog collar around her neck to hide her adams apple.
