If you are a CD or GG IMHO those are not travel clothes, they are show off clothes, to put it nicely. I say put some real clothes on for traveling. My guess the airline was afraid to not let him travel as they did not want to get accused of something.
Of course there was a GG awhile back trying to make a point about the new body scanners and pat downs. She went through security in a bikini. But she was trying to make a point.
Of course I do not think many of the people on the people of walmart site should be out of the house the way they are dressed either. It is scary what some people think is ok to wear in public. But some people may be saying the same about us cross dressers out in public.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.
Just trying keep a balance for my self along with keeping my wife and kids in mind.

Unfortunately, the motives of the person wearing the outfit were never explained.
I wonder if this wasn't simply a stunt because of all the security in airports. The way that some people explain it, is that the airlines should just have everyone fly naked then they wouldn't have to look for hidden weapons.
Regardless, it is not an outfit I would wear privately much less in public.

All things considered, unless the airline has a dress code and the captain says nothing, he can wear anything he wants, just like any other CD can wear what they want.
"It has never been my intent to put people in a situation where they feel uncomfortable," the man said during a phone interview. "I try to respect other people's opinions. As long as my dress is not indecent from a legal perspective, and so long as the airline does not object, I have the right to wear what I wear. And others have the right to wear what they want to wear."
