night out to a play

It has been about a month since I have had some out and about femme time so decided to go to a play after a long stressful week at work. So after work I was running late as I had to finish up something. Then it was a quick hour and half to get ready and 20 minute walk to get there in heels of course. Get there and end up in line next to someone I know. He does not recognize me. Then going into the theater I am behind a couple that I know. Both of them looked back at me while we waited in line for an usher. He nodded his head and she said hi and I returned a reply. I was just another person in line otherwise they would have said something.

The theater was packed, had two college boys on my left and 4 open seats on my right. Those were some of the few open seats in the place. The Play was good and it was a musical with puppets. The name was Avenue Q. Not one to take young kids to. Lots of adult humor done well.

I got home and still looked good so decided to take a few pictures to see if I could get a decent one. One turned out ok. Not my best but not the worse either. Picture is in the gallery. I guess it is my Christmas picture since it is in front of the tree.

It was nice to get out and relieve some of the stress from the week.

Sounds like an excelent outing, if one enjoys theatre it is a great chance to dress up since lots of theatre goers will glam up a bit anyway.
