I ran across this while looking for something else entirely, and thought it might be of some interest. It is a eMagazine as well as hardcopy, published in England, and as the web page describes, it is full color, is published quarterly, and has some of the same kind of topics as we have on this site as well as occasional fiction. Does not seem to be focused on sex or porn.

I don't know about the mag, but Kim Angel, who appears to be its driving force also appeared in a TV documentary a few years ago. This was about the (not terribly successful) attempt made by UK CD Leah True to compete in a Thai International TG competition which was shown on Channel 4 here. It was an interesting and well-done account and Angel was listed in the credits (as I remember it) as implicitly the "expert" who liased with the TV company.
