People who when you tell them something in plain english (IE double click on _______) say "what" or "huh". Dear god what does it take to get words removed from english. I want both of those removed.

I try to help a person by telling them exactly what to do and they want to be somewhere else right after they tell me what the problem they were/are having. I mean if you call in talking about not getting email and I tell you to click on tools and accounts is there anywhere in that statement that states close your mail program
