I'm not sure what to do

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Mr. Shawn, are you asking us if it's ok? Certainly. Are you asking us where to begin? I could be bad and say from the bottom up. Really though, have you ever heard, "it is best to start with a good foundation?" I would say get your lingerie in order, decide what you will do for shape enhancement -- simply deciding if you want any. You're gonna want boobs; what girl doesn't? As you're thinking about your lingerie, you're naturally going to be thinking about what you're going to put it under. Is my slip too long? Do I need a slip because I want shorts this first time and so on.

You're going to find as you get started, you will have your own natural progression of what you want to do next. When you go as far as you want with your first time. No matter how you look, be happy you had the opportunity. It's kinda like that awkward first time sex. It may not have been your best, but it was a good start. Now if you wind of perfect after your 1st time, well I'm just gonna be ssssoooooo jealous. :) Enjoy yourself. It's all good.

First, you've got to get all you need together. Practice your makeup.

Second is choose a place to go, and make sure your outfit fits in with everyone else. No so much a problem if going to a TG support group meeting.

Note that SCC starts in Sept. in Atlanta, so if you have the means, you might think about going to it. Supposed to be a lot of helpful people there. http://sccatl.org/content/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Third, set your mind to doing it and not backing out.

In your advice thread you said:
I like to wear womens panties leggings pantyhose n sometimes camis. I love the feel of them and i even wear them in public under my cloths. I dont go complete woman though sometimes I wonder.
So, from this you're saying you want to dress up like a woman from head to toe. You're going to need a bra to complete your undergarments, plus a dress - or skirt and top - and shoes. You're also going to need to know your size. In the UK there are CDing shops - where you can just go in and buy the stuff without worrying. But actually when I started I went into Marks and Spencers, which is a big high-street chain store known to be accepting of CDs and just took stuff off the racks. I didn't ask for help, though probably I should have. Shoes in the appropriate size may be a little difficult to locate - but not impossible.

Apart from the clothes...I also bought makeup from Boots - another high-street chain store - and did ask for help there. You're also, eventually, probably going to want a wig. Best bought from a proper wig-shop, but this may run to cost. You can get relatively cheap stuff as well. If you're just a student I guess you want to watch your budget. Charity shops in the UK are a great place to go to get clothes on the cheap.
