I never have wished much for myself, but here it goes.
I wish all accepted Cross Dressing and transgenderness as OK.
I wish all here would receive a million dollars.
I wish every year, starting now, that whom ever wanted to get
together for a huge party could. We could talk about nail colors,
fashion, hair, make-up, shoes, and the best places to shop.
We could meet each other and also talk philosophy, flowers,
perfume, the stars and loved ones.
I do wish they all come true. These are my Birthday wishes today!
Hmmm, my wishes would be...
1) Wisdom.
2) A bazillion dollars. (You can fix lots of problems with money)
3) A Genie to grant more wishes.

Hmmm, a just world and I'm self-actualized? Okay, then:
1) A photographic memory (so I'd never have to read the same book twice);
2) Talent for V.C. Andrews (so she'd never have to write the same book twice);
3) Teleportation (so I could go hang out with some of you gals here, all in the same weekend).

Cheap reliable safe environmentally clean transportable mass-energy conversion technology (even something relatively primitive - like Cold Hydrogen Fusion) developed by civilized western countries in the very near future, so that feeding and policing the world are much less of a challenge, and there is less middle-eastern influence on world politics. This should also facilitate interplanetary travel. This would also allow fossil fuels to be used more wisely as lubricants, and as fertilizers for growing the food to feed the world.
#2 Eliminating the barriers to achieving perfect human communication, which together with envy and religious extremism are the basis for strife, malcontent, and lack of education in our world today.
#3. Eliminating the remaining sources of human suffering (both physical and emotional).

Hey – this was hard! That is why it took me so long to pick just three. Asking for more wishes, while obvious, defeats the intent of the question, which I think is: prioritization.

Finding new sources of energy that are less degrading to the environment certainly is something worth wishing for. Being less dependent on the events in the Middle-East also is a worthy goal. The killings, suicide bombings, assassinations, et al. lead to the inescapable conclusion that morals are scarce in that part of the world. An eye-for-an-eye is leading to widespread blindness. After 56 years of the same old game, you would think that someone over there would have the intelligence or creativity to try something new. At this point, I just hope the United States will find ways to free herself from dependence on that region’s oil.
