I just have to add this to the thread....

Summer is almost here, and the best time to have nice smooth legs! The weather has been fairly nice the last 3 weekends. So, I just have to be outside in my short shorts. The look of my smooth legs in those shorts is just amazing to me!!
Guess I know what I'll be wearing this summer!

Enjoy all!! 8)

I believe Jeannie said it best -
It's not fair that only women should enjoy such a calming and serene thing.
I am balding on my shins and I am seriously considering using this as a springboard with my SO to shave them completely....just have to wait for the timing to be there.

I don't shave anymore, partly cos I'm diabetic but mostly because I'm really lazy. ..rofl..

I use the cheapo formula of Nair, white tube with moisturiser in it? Once a month, half a tube all over. 4 mins exactly, first on first off, and I haven't seen a hair for ages =D> If its on any longer it burns, any shorter and its not quite there. Done right its sooooo silky, there's no cuts and its waaaay cheaper than blades ;)

I don't think I'll ever go back to hair again, I love shaving and having my legs smooth.
Not sure where I'm going, but there's no since being late

I will second AJ West's opinion. It is hair-free from the neck down for me- ESPECIALLY the legs.

shaving my legs is only the second best thing, the best is to put a nice lotion (I get mine from EO) on my nice smooth legs and then some silky sheer nylons :)
But it is oddly relaxing to lather up my legs and shave them. Shaving everything else doesn't seem to have the same satisfaction, that seems more of a chore.

I'm the same. I'd rather use Nair or a similar product, but I need to use it more than once a month.
I learned quite awhile ago that If I don't keep up on hair removal, it becomes such a chore when I've grown into a hirsute beast....ugh! And to me, there is nothing as unsightly as when I look in the mirror and see my leg hair showing through my hose or chest hair framed by bra straps. :nuh_uh:

I waited until the summer was done and I shaved them yesterday. What a great feeling to have that nice, smooth, cool feeling back. I'm going to the Dunes gathering next weekend and can't wait to wear a short skirt with a smooth pair on stockings! Oh, the freedom!!!

I've been hairless legs, arms and body for 2yrs now. I did laser all over about 5 mths back and that has helped heaps. Otherwise I just use a razor to keep on top of it. No one has commented as I wander around in shorts and short-sleeved shirts summer and some of winter. Except my wife who sometimes encourages me to put on jeans for visitors.

Carol Esme- I have been smooth-legged for I don't know how many years now, winter and summer, and believe it or not, no one has asked me why. Got my ears pierced at age almost 50, and nobody said anything about that, either. But I guess I can understand your wife's reservations about others and what they might think of you.

But it seems like a society that more or less accepts tattoos, eyebrow/nose/lip/genitalia piercings, and other non-traditional looks, can just get over shaved legs on a man. I know I have, and I see it all the time now.

Shaved legs do feel great but I like them waxed from time to time
