As to when you might do this? In whatever you consider mixed company and you are too hot or too uncomfortable to deal with the bra anymore. You can do it in the car, a busy park, anywhere you just need to do it.

There is only one situation in which I needed to remove a bra and keep the clothing on, and that was during my dating age. Also, the cars then had bench seats.

I underdress most days, this includes panties, pantyhose or knee-hi's, and sometimes a camisole. I also have a rather lenghty commute, 50 miles one way, this usually takes 50-60 minutes as long as weather is good and traffic is running smoothly. Latley I've begun to wear a bra and my breastforms during this drive, I have found that the ability to remove my bra without taking off my shirt makes this possible. I simply reach back with one hand and unlatch my bra while stopped at the light just off the interstate, I remove my forms and then slide my bra out one of my shirtsleeves. I just have to tuck my shirt tails in after I get into the building. I forgot one day and wore a camisloe over my bra and forms and the realized that the cami doesn't come off like the bra, good thing I had on a shirt I normally wear with my cami, it had to stay that day!

My wife is an expert at this technique and it has always impressed me. I can't imagine using the technique personally though as I'm sure my boobs would fall out!
