Re: Shaved legs
I have been generally hairless for a couple of years
I prefer to epilate and augment with an Intuition ladies razor while taking a shower
(using body wash makes that real easy)
Moisturizing your legs when you get out of the shower makes them silky smooth and
they feel wonderful
By the way -- No one cares
I have massages
I have gone to the beach
I wear shorts all summer
The look - the feel - it is priceless
Be mighty smooth

Re: Shaved legs
Yup - shaved legs are great! I love sliding into freshly washed bed linen after shaving my legs - it's juss the best feeling!
I keep my legs (and everything else) shaved all of the time. The other half of shaving my legs is keeping them moisturised. You can buy moisturisers for use in the shower - apply when wet. In combination with shaving, it keeps your legs silky smooth and kitten soft - which is a winning combination in my book!

Re: Shaved legs
Last spring I started shaving my legs. Always wanted to do it but wore shorts all summer playing golf.
I had been losing patches all my life and finally said the hell with it and shaved them. No one
notice except my wife. I told her it was not worth it with the patches of hair. Shes cool with it now.
It grew back so fast in some areas I bought and epilator and started using it ..Ouch.. but after a few sessions
it became easier to control the growth. I shave with a electric razor a few times a week and then
occasionally skip a week and go back to the epilator.. After using it i use the hand lotion on my legs and all is well.
Good luck

Re: Shaved legs
Ginny is correct!
If you start shaving body parts it is an excellent idea to use a moisturizer on your skin daily
It doesn't have to be fancy - Valoline intensive care with Aloe or coco butter works just great
After a few weeks you will love the sensation!
Putting on the moisturizer while you are still a bit wet from the shower helps distribute the lotion more easily
Be mighty beautiful and silky

Re: Shaved legs
You're definitely right about the moisturizing!!! Love how it makes my legs feel. Been shaving my legs since June, love it. Got tired of the patches of hair on my legs. Wife noticed about 3 months later. Didn't have an issue with it, in fact she gave me some tips. I had been shaving my underarms for the last year and a half and have been getting my back and chest waxed for the last 6 years. Must say I LOVE being smooth!!

Re: Shaved legs
The though of shaving has crossed my mind many times, but I may have accidentally backed in to it!
I give myself weekly IM injections in to my thighs, alternating sides weekly. It has always been painful to take off a bandage because of the hair ripping as my skin is very sensitive. I started shaving the injection sites to eliminate the pain. I didn't always get the precise area shaved, so I shaved a little more. And more. My thighs are now bare and look amazing!
I hope at some point in the future to go bare from the waist down, but that will be a future endeavor!

Re: Shaved legs
I just adore the feeling of being shaved all over as much as possible. Now that the weather is cooler, I can shave much more, and not worry about wearing shorts. Although, I did get nervous going to the doctor for a check up and worrying they might ask about me being shaven, espec since I had a very pretty young nurse doing an ultrasound. Anyway, I also like having my arms shaved more, as I always had a lot of hair there, runs in the family, but I also notice that being more shaved makes you feel the cold outside more. I agree you need to moisturize, and bought some nice vitamin E lotion that smells great, which I also use between the thighs as I have some dumb stretch marks.

Re: Shaved legs
I love the shaving of the legs! I, unfortunately, cannot shave in the summer as the shorts would give my friends a hoot and I would have no way to explain. My wife doesn't know I shave my legs in the fall and winter months as she doesn't pay that much attention to me. No...we do not have sex....argh, but I've gotten used to it. She rarely sees me naked and if she does, she doesn't even notice me. But the absolute soft feeling and sensation of shaved legs is a thrill to me. I also shave my underarms and well another part....oh... my boys? Hope that's not too racey. I just hate hair where hair should not be on a lady. I was blessed with only 6 chest hairs, so that's an easy one!

Re: Shaved legs
I only shave in the fall/winter months and can't wait for the summer to end to get to it. As of today, I am totally hairless from the neck down and love the feeling! Wish I could do it all year long, but that is just not an option for me.
Love the feeling especially on the legs and arms. I asked my wife once if her legs felt great after shaving and she replied they feel like they always do. I kinda wonder if not shaving for a long period of time gives us a bigger "shock" feeling after shaving for the first time, but even at the end of winter they feel great shaved.
Hugs, Jess

Re: Shaved legs
Just had a nice bath Wednesday, shaved what was left, and it feels great!
I agree, you do need moisturizer, and I was speaking to a gal friend who said that many males do shave their legs, espec in warmer climates, so it might not be so bad if people see. So glad the coller weather is here though.

Re: Shaved legs
I am not sure if I mentioned it before on here but I bought a womans "Intuition" shaving razor
It has a bit of lubricant in the razor blade and shave very close and feel great after shaving.
Try it if you love the feel of clean shaven legs

Re: Shaved legs
I have been shaving off and on for a few weeks now. Luckily, my hair color is such that it is not very noticable from the outside, but i ccan sure feel the difference. I love it!
I have undersdressed for a few weeks as well and this week for the first time actually went to Wally World and tried on/bought a few womens blouses. In trying them on i realized that womens clothes show a lot of arm, so today in the shower i actually tried to shave me arms just a bit. Not all the way, but just a bit to see how it goes. It is still winter here, but next week i will be in Fort Lauderdale all week!! could be fun.

Re: Shaved legs
I have shaved my legs year round for more years than I could even estimate. Hardly ever does anyone ask me why. A nosy relative did, once, and I said, "They're my legs, and I will shave them to my waist if I like. Got a problem with that?"
And then I did just that.
And then I did just that.
