There is something about the silky clothing touching me that makes it feel good....It is so nice to slip into nylons a nice pair of panties and a slip with a skirt then finish it with the blouse bra. To complete it is to get fully made up on the face.......It is so wonderful to be able to dress even a little now and again!!! ......Hugs, Erica
Erica! You should change your name to Erotica. You have me a wee bit flustered with that post. I going to take a brisk walk. :run:

While doing this, I'll think about how often shoes would hurt dressed as a woman and how much time it takes to do everything a woman does, getting ready to go out. A man can slip on a pair of pants and shirt and walk out. Some women say that they envy that.

Robbin, that is true about when men dress and go out...but what fun is it? It is so nice to be able to dress and have it make us feel the way dressing in women's appearal makes ( at least me) us feel? There is nothing that men have that even come close. I think I will stick to dressing as I do from time to time.

Hugs,

Erica

It is definitely a turn on, which is one of the main reasons why I've always liked women's clothing. Now I'm I guess training myself not to get too excited, as I don't want to climax, and take the clothes off too soon, so I try to control those urges as long as possible, and just enjoy being feminine. It would be easier if I were with someone doing things to keep my mind off the sexual part, but that's one of the probs of being a guy. I've been wondering as I observe women who are dressed sexy how they go through the day not being too excited, and maybe the excitement is part of it, as one of the other ladies here said, some of us dress to be more open sexually, and get past our inhibitions, which is why I'd like to be dressed outside more often.

Oh my goodness. I think it is about as normal as getting hungry watching a food show on tv. I sometimes fanatasize about cloning myself, just so I could be with myself!! How's that for weird? I love my body and looks when I dress (and even when I don't!) and find myself getting turned on by myself! It's funny, but I'm not turned on by seeing other men, but am more turned on by a CD than a natural woman. The things I would love to try!!

hello.
yes for me also getting turned on has always being the result when dressed.the feel of being wrapped in long satin nightdresses and wearing a corsellette with perhaps a long slip tight against my B/Fs is a most enjoyable pleasure .Trying to keep the orgasm from happining as i know it will is the most enjoyable experience .This has always being the result when dressed in beautiful slips and gowns in the 60 years since i discovered my aunt slips under the pillow.!
love to all.

OMG YES Franie! Cross dressing is pure sexual excitement for me on many levels - physical, psychological, emotional...

Its the thrill of the forbidden. It started with panties which of course feel so good on a male's privates, but stockings & camisoles too. I'm not sure what took me so long but high heels now just send me. This may not be the time or place but bisexuality is a big part of it as relates to my feminine self.....

Lord, a lot has been said that is not often said...at least not in my other site. I've been on that one for a year.

How do I enjoy being a woman? Sew. I have a studio, an old machine and I make things.

Working with it, I feel myself as being a woman in Italy (where my Singer was built) working in a shop in 1937 (when my machine was built). Sometimes, I sew male clothing and I think of myself as working for the troops, waiting until the boys come home. And when they do, they will for me...and on me. That's my fantasy.

Somebody wrote about not being attracted to male men. That's me but when I am a woman I am all woman. It starts with the feeling of the fabric. It can but does not have to end with that fantasy. I always felt this way but never realized it. Instead, I acted very male and did male things. Overcompensating, in fact. Enough said.

Time for a meditation walk. Life is impermanent and I am a nonself. ***()*** robbin

Being turned on has always been part of dressing for me as well but just being dressed is also nice feeling feminine, experiencing the same sensations women have when dressed, and achieving a nice feminine look is pleasing, less stress etc...All part of feeling in touch with my femininity and it is wonderful.

Oh, yes.

I don't do it all that often, at least not compared to most I read about here. But it is almost always sexual.

Hi Franie, your totally normal. I still get very excited while being dressed. But I have noticed a lack of desire to masturbate while not dressed. Not sure if it is a lack of sexual desire, but when I fantasize about being dressed and playing with another gurl, I get very aroused.

Since I have come out to my family doctor and a few close friends, I find that I can now dress more elegant/classy instead of the more sluty/sexy ways and I also can stay dressed for much longer periods now. I actually hardly masturbate during dressing now.

But you are very normal, enjoy it and embrace your dressing. I finally have after 35 years.

I really do agree with the trend here and say there is a real sexual turn on to my dressing. But I don't believe it is the only or main reason for dressing. I really think it would be strange if there was not a turn on when dressed.

I get turned on while dressing about as much as I do just about anything else: Cooking dinner, driving, watching TV with my wife, or installing a new light fixture. I just happens when the hormones flow. When I was 19 it seemed they were flowing all the time; now, not so often.

The crux of the question, I think, is there a sexual component. For me, not for the most part. True, there is the occasional fantasy involving some formless, faceless partner; but it is a rare occasion. Something else is going on.
