Started Dressing at 6

Post by Jessica James »

I was the youngest of 3 boys my mum desperately wanted a little girl but I popped out and that was the end of that _P , so she may have not got what she wanted but gave me a girls name Jessie and because I was the youngest I got a lot of attention from her "a mummy's boy", which now I'm so glad of that name Jessie "or you big Jessie" as my bros always call me #-o brothers huh? so kind!

My dressing started in what we call infant / primary school my best friend was a girl and I used to spend a lot of time around her house sleep overs and she had 2 sisters that I also played with, basically we all used to hang out together and get up to all sorts as all kids do this involved getting our clothes filthy dirty and as a result mine had to be washed so my friend JoJo always insisted I dress in her or her sisters clothes so I wouldn't get cold etc I was always well looked after in the clothing area...at the time I didn't think anything of it I was quite used to going around her house with little denim shorts or denim mini skirt, jeans and tops t shirts or what ever, then my mum would come and collect me and her eyes used to light up seeing me in that stuff but had to take it off in case the neighbours saw "idle gossip and all" but crossdressing is a deep routed thing for me and started from my child hood, at home I had some of my friends things there too as she used to come over and it got to the point were I was opting out of boys clothes and wearing my friends clothes a lot, lol my brothers used to call me all the names under the sun and they were convinced I gay but no I wasn't, my dad was always "you are a boy so dress as a boy" where as my mum was "if you want to dress like a girl then that's fine"

At the age of 24 I'm very much a crossdresser and not afraid of showing it, luckily my job puts me into were I can get away with dressing girly (florist) and acting fem because that's me, I'm now married to my lovely wife nicky and she is fully on board with how I work, she just finds it an attractive quality that all blokes should have.
What is the meaning of life....? Being girly and wearing pretty things!!

You are very lucky, Jessica.

Like most here it's taken me a very long time to accept myself and become comfortable. Had I done that at your age . . .
I'd now have almost fifty years of being myself.
I wonder who I'd be?

A beautiful beginning Jessica. I to commenced my dressing at age 3, although I did not understand then. I was in my early teens when I commenced frequent dressing.

I am pleased that life is working in your favour.

I too have an 'understanding' wife. Shortly after we got married, I told her of my x-dressing 'tendencies'. Coming from a religious background, she was initially concerned about it as she equated my fetish as a satan-inspired deviation and that I must, as a consequence' be gay. However, after we spoke more about it, she quickly understood that it was something that I liked to do and it did no harm to anyone at all. That was 35 years ago and we're still together and happy with it. She encourages me to dress whenever I feel the need. I have my own girly-wear, shoes and wigs. She is envious of my long legs which she aways comments look terrific in nylons and heels. Lucky? No! Fortunate? Most definitely.
