Socks that work

Post by Beauty »

Hi,

I don't know about anyone else, but I HATE socks that stop at my calf and then SUPER DUPER constrict on the calf. They do it so much so that I think it alters how my calves look.

Sooo.. today I finally decided to order nylon knee high socks to wear. They are thick, so I can wear them at work and no one should really care. Thigh highs are great, but usually they are a little to sheer and I almost always show my ankles at some point in the day (putting my feet up on the desk or in a meeting where I cross my legs).

I've worn tights and no one has made any comments, so I'm comfy getting away with those, but when it's HOT, the feeling isn't too comfy (sorry I used that word again so soon.. lazy  )

Ok.. so here's the link.

Hi Beauty.

I am with you on this issue 100 % I simply won't wear the ones that come part way up the calf.

Hey, Joe Namath made nylons cool to wear!

Say anybody else ever try the Medivan compression threapy thigh highs?? They're virtually run-proof for those of us "active" TG/CDs . . .

Hi Alexandra,

I've kind of put my thigh high days on hold. I use to LOVE thigh highs, but they are just all over the place these days, so I don't like them as much. :( They are also too warm for me to wear. I, unbelievably, prefer hose these days. : gasp :

BTW, I did find another site where you can by socks made of nylon that are for men.
