I too must admit a fascination with "she-male" porn. I think for many of us, it represents what our minds eye wishes we looked like. We would probably all like to be younger, thinner, and more feminine. One thing that research bears out for people who undergo gender reassignment is the fact that there is a lot of depression and suicide in those who undergo it. Which would seem to say, that the minds image of themselves as female falls far short of what the person wanted, and or expected. Sadly, there is NO going back. .

Many people do not recognize for example that Testosterone is responsible for sexual desire. Imagine, being all feminine and having ZERO desire for orgasm. That is a very strong idea to wrap ones mind around. Many seem to think that a little estrogen and less testosterone will make us much more feminine. Sure, we can grow some breasts at 30 or 40, have softer skin, more feminine curves, but I think "generally" it does not truly fulfill our expectations.

I still get excited buying womens clothing, wearing a bra, forms and panties under otherwise normal male clothing. I recently took a bra to the changing room at Target and asked to try it on. . .Still get a euphoric feeling over that. Being able to go to the womens lingerie section and have the confidence to look openly and touch the lingerie and bras. . .the hosiery, the shoes. All offer consolation and satisfaction. I guess it goes back to that early fear of crossdressing and at the same time the euphoria of wearing something. It would seem to carry over to the shopping aspect as well.

Not to mention, with the internet today, we have an unimaginable of erotic photography to satisfy every fetish or odd desire we could have. I'm still not totally clear if that is REALLY a good thing. . .(I've seen some stuff that actually scared me a bit. . such as extreme bondage, pain or whatever. . Its like a car wreck, you almost cannot turn your head away. At least I realize that if I start fantasizing about such imagery, there is a real risk of internalizing it and I have NO desire to get excited by some of that imagery. I 'm sure you get my drift.

So, there are lots of avenues if we desire to follow, purchasing and wearing lingerie, breast forms, stockings, womens shoes. . (I have purchased an ungodly number of pairs of womens shoes as of late. . find a size, find zappos and you are in. . .

I had forgotten how nice it felt to have hairless legs until recently. I wanted to see if I still enjoyed it or not, so I bought some Nair and off to the shower I went. . .Enormous thrill. . . In fact, I will get a chest, arms, back and legs wax next week. . looking forward to it!

So, here is how far I would go in changing my body to suit my "fancy" Waxed? you bet. . even though I wear scrubs at work. Boob job, If I was a little smaller and could fit into a 36 inch bra, I would like to have genuine B or C cups. . .especially if I had the cash just laying around. . .Laser hair removal, sure. . .sex change. . no. . .not interested.

I guess too, a bit of a facelift, maybe a little more feminine nose. . smaller trachea. . .facial resurfacing. . . would all be nice and acceptable if I had the money.

No SRS, HRT, facial feminization, or fat shifting. My own boobs are sufficient with a well fitted bra. I'd just like to be in better shape, which will happen, eventually.

However, at age 74, though my libido is fine I can no longer maintain; tried Cialis and Viagra, Testosterone therapy, penile injections, rings, and pumps. Even GHB (illegal in the US). Nada. I can do fine without, but my wife really likes the closeness of 'us'. So I'm opting for a two-part penile implant. 'Stiff' on demand, and for as long as needed. With original Medicare the $71,000 procedure is only $3,000 for me. Yay me!

I don't like operations, but for marital happiness, sure.

Also, I have to admit that I was mightily impressed at Burning Man a few years ago when a man wearing only a cowboy hat and boots, and a big smile strolled around the Playa. He was enthusiastically welcomed to many camps. I'm just enough of an exhibitionist to try that, or seriously consider it.

At 57 no problemo, so far... and though fantasies of SRS may cross my mind....I know it is not for me either. the $15 gel inserts from Walmart in an A cup bra work just fine when I want curvature to enhance my look. Oh and when the feminine part of my gender is prominent I am in a mood to dress feminine because I want to feel consistent. Sometimes I also have the desire that is a normal part of life. I have noticed this desire is elevated primarily in the morning before getting out of bed.

I think it used to be 100% a turn on for me and I would get sexually aroused when wearing the clothes and then once I got off I would take the clothes off and hide them away. I think now it might be like 50/50 because I do still get aroused when I am wearing panties or a pair of tights but when I do get off if I am in them they stay on so I think I have come a long way. Like I will wear panties to work or a pair of tights and I am not horny all day so I think its even now because I just love to wear the clothes and knowing that I am feminine below is such a rush to me and I enjoy that feeling from the clothes. I think as I get more and more comfortable being transgender that the sexual aspect of it will grow weaker and weaker as time goes on and it will be more of enjoying being a woman or channeling my feminine side through female clothes.
