Question out of the blue
Sometimes my wife really surprises me.... and I surprise myself.
I came out of the closet to my wife about 3 weeks ago. It's been an emotional roller coaster ride ever since as we struggle to understand ourselves and each other.
Last night she was here reading the SO/GG section and, out of the blue, she asks, "What size breast forms are you planning on getting?". I replied without hesitating, "B cup".
She, "Oh, okay".
I left it at that thinking she would ask if she wanted more information. Nope.. she was satisfied with my answer. I think she was concerned that I was going bigger than her? She's a C cup and, after reading a lot, I knew better than to out size her.
Just had to share this. Thanks, Danielle

I'll second the right answer! Even better, she is reading a good section of this forum to become informed.

Re: Question out of the blue
Ok,
So you have preserved the domestic tranquility. That is important (believe me really important).
Your response reminds me of conversations I hear between my wife, daughter and a couple of their friends when they get into a I hate men frame of mind. 'All they worry about is who has the longest ****'. Now I have never been in a **** measuring situation in all my life; but the GG's of the world think it happens all the time.
Sounds like you are going into stereotypical male mode and surrendering; after all. mine is smaller than yours.
OK, She wins.
Hope you are happy. (She says, while ticking off items on the honey do list....

Congratulations on the right answer Dannielle. I would fall over and die with pleasure if my wife was to ask me that subject.

Re: Question out of the blue
My wife is continually mystified by the fascination with large breasts
. In fact she, at a healthy B cup, says that she would gladly give hers to me if that was possible.
That said, I am quite happy as a A cup and rarely wear forms, unless it is to enhance what I am wearing. I find that good fitting bra can truly make mountains out of molehills.
That in and of itself is something that also fascinates my wife. She does love it when I wear a good fitting bra, and loves it when I wear a vintage bullet bra. One of the coolest things she ever said to me is that I look good with breasts. (Of course, I think I do too
)
Hugs

Re: Question out of the blue
My wife went out today to visit her mom but before she left she asked a few questions. I take questions as a good sign that she is trying to understand rather than crying in the bathroom.
She saw my new B cup forms and a cincher yesterday. Her questions were about clothing, why do gals post here about what they are wearing, why does it make yu feel more like a woman, etc. I answered as best I could. Later, after she left, I thought about what she was asking and I realized, she was focused on outward appearances. How does your appearance make you more womanly? And it's not outward appearance or being womanly. It's about the clothing making me feel feminine and letting the feminine side of my personality live.
Something to discuss when she gets home later today.

This sounds like the start of a very good conversation between you two.DanielleM wrote:It's about the clothing making me feel feminine and letting the feminine side of my personality live.
Over the years I have come to realise that my crossdressing is not so much making me "feel more like a woman" but rather making me "feel more like me"
I like girl's clothes. I like way they look on me. This has all come about as a result of me accepting who I am -- or dare I say -- what I am -- a feminine person who is otherwise classified as male. Once I accepted myself, I came to the conclusion that I can wear anything -- it really is what makes me happy. And it doesn't take away anything from who I am as a person. In fact it adds to it.

Well I too have to agree with Toni, I just enjoy wearing women cloths as there is so much difference in the combination you can obtain.

Re: Question out of the blue
Finally, Someone is answering a question that I have asked repeatedly. Why can't it be simply that I like the way the clothes designed for women look and feel when I wear them. I have been so jealouse of women that they can wear almost anything and still look good. Well I have been wearing some of their clothes (especially shoes) for some time. So, shoot me. LOL And, Makeup? Why not?

Re: Question out of the blue
You are so lucky that she took it so well and has been so understanding. It's good that she isn't crying about it or as totally freaking out. My wife freaked out at first like a lot of them do.
My first breast forms were rather large. Not that I really wanted them that way but when I bought them they were cheap and I didn't understanding sizing. So a year or so ago when I started looking for new ones my wife said to me just don't get one's so big this time. I didn't but I still outsize her because she I only a b cup, that doesn't bother her she just says that she doesn't want me looking ridiculously large.
If your wife is concerned about you are going to look dressed and wants you to look right and feel right I take that as a good sign.

Sarah Beth... she has become supportive... the first 4 to 6 weeks were a real struggle. Crying, depression, little sleep. It has gotten better over time with a lot of discussions and understanding. Just glad she is still here.

That was just so profound that I just had to jump in two months later and add my belated applause.Toni_Lynn_P wrote: Over the years I have come to realise that my crossdressing is not so much making me "feel more like a woman" but rather making me "feel more like me"

Re: Question out of the blue
Things continue to progress positively regarding my CDing. She's gotten very comfortable with shopping with/for me. She even asks why I haven't been dressing if I don't dress for a week or so.
I do notice she focuses more on dresses, tops and skirts while I spend more time with lingerie.
My B cups fit nicely btw. They are there without entering the room before me. I could wear larger without looking out of balance except I'd need more butt.
