Any Other Baldies Out There?

When dressed en femme I look 10 to 12 years younger and do make a fairly attractive woman.

However, under my wig I am nearly slick bald. Just a little gray fuzz!

So you can see one of the main points why I like to dress as a woman. I look younger and pretty.

Are any of you other ladies in the same situation?

Can't help you there. All that hair in my pics is all mine, and there is so much of it that I don't have a wig that will fit.

If I had hair I would let it grow and have a hairdresser formulate me a beautiful head of hair.

I was born into a family that all the men on my mother's side lose their hair in their 20s. My dad had a great head of hair. I lucked out and got my dads hair but when I am in fem I tend to look look 5 to 10 years younger.

I had a great head of past shoulder length hair when I was young. Now I'm bald on top. My wife doesn't like my wig, but I don't like the bald guy in a dress look, so we compromise.

My CD husband is bald on top and of course a nice wig makes him look like a younger female. Like so many others, he started dressing well before hair loss. I wonder about hair length though. Most mature women wear shorter hair styles, above the shoulder. Husband prefers longer wigs, a few inches below the shoulders. Is that compensation for hair loss? Or just looking like the type of woman he finds attractive?

For me, wanting long dark hair was representative of the female image I wanted to fulfill. I fancied myself a younger, playful, yet innocent girl. Although I was so excited to have achieved my desired look it was quickly pointed out by others that it simply wasn’t appealing. Fortunately I wasn’t criticized harshly, rather I was given suggestions and tips on what would probably suite my facial features, skin tone, and age (with a battle scared face and a bit of sun damage from years in the surf). I took the advice of others and quickly realized that a shorter gray/silver/skunk colored wig was a much better look. No, I’m not young anymore. In fact, I’ve had white hair since my late 30s. But when the makeup is applied in an appropriate manner I do look younger when en femme than I do in my rugged male mode. That’s okay, I like both sides and from the heart I often feel as if I’m still in my 20’s. Playful as ever, just a bit more cautious these days when it comes to taking risks.

Couldn't say, however, it could be that he just wants to get closer to looking female, and longer hair may be his idea of what would help him achieve the desired result.

My first wig was a longer one, but my wife didn't like the look, so she took me to a wig shop for a proper fitting.

All my wigs are a little below my shoulders and, correct me if I'm wrong, look good. I have tried short wigs and they are simply appalling on me. Now I have to say when I was younger, a page boy was okay.

Pageboy... had to Google it, another new term for me. It looks similar to a bob in my opinion.

I still have a full crop of hair at 63 years and have it trimmed and tidied every 3 to 4 weeks.

I would shop for a shoulder length wig to suit my facial features.
