Adding to my wardrobe again!!!

Post by Anne Bonny »

Well, hard to find 12C dress pumps. Went to Payless and settled for manmade...$53. No shipping fee got black 3" stilettos, and 2" heels figure I do not wear them often and not out so $20 and $29 are half the price the others I have had for a long time but once skufed and marred you are stuck where as with leather they can be polished up and look fine again for a long long time. Oh well now for a couple new dresses. I was thinking a collared shirtdress but found a Print smocked empire dress in Poppy floral print. Has no collar but does have sleeves which I need we just have larger upper biceps at the shoulder than women do! Though at 167.8lbs and running a 5k daily and no resistance exercise my arms are quite slender perhaps I can get away with sleeveless but then again though I am a medium frame as a male my shoulders are just broad and women are not they have narrow shoulders that match their hips and our hips are slender! I purchased this dress because one of the reviews stated "I am 5'9" and it falls just above the knee just like on the modle and the fit is perfect." Well...I am 5'9 too - sold! It was on the Kohl's online site - I do not shop for my feminine side in public - I have no problem ordering online anyway this dress was $54. on sale for $32.40 so I know the quality will be acceptable.

I do not buy cheap if it is less than $25 you can usually just write it off because the quality will not be there you do have to pay more for that. As a man I expect a certain level of quality and my woman's clothing should have at least the same level my male self expects! Shoes.... Well I will still be looking for leather synthetic and man made uppers are cheap but if you are not wearing them everyday all day and I do not ...I find my femininity typically pushes my masculinity aside in the mornings when it comes and will last until I go for my run about 2-2:30 pm. It is not an everyday thing for me I am what? 80% masculine and 20% feminine and when I feel masculine there is no desire for anything feminine at all I even think kind of "No I don't want to wear a dress" there is actually a negative desire for it and I am a typical male man, heterosexual etc. Yet this IS absolutely who I am and have been all my life. I look forward to wearing my dress and heels soon dresses are wonderful! Women are so lucky and so are men like us. Yes, I am transgender so any partner is going to have to accept it as a matter of course, and even like me no matter how I am dressed.

I came across a company in Los Angeles a while back that will custom make shoes to any style and size you want. They had a website for ordering, I never actually bought anything from them so can't comment on how good they are. But the shoes are genuine leather, made exactly according to your specs, and not unreasonably priced, considering. I'll have to look around and see if I can find them again.

The new dress pumps and heels I purchased from Payless are nice, the quality seems to be there so I intend to store them in their boxes when not wearing them to prevent scuffs from being moved around with other shoes in the closet. I really like them...12 C is my size.

If you purchased the Premium Comfort from Payless I think you'll be pleased. I only have one pair from Payless, but they are the Premium Comfort and the implied name is true. Mine are actually peep toe pumps and they can be worn all day without any pain or aching.
Normal, just not average,
