My story began in the not to distant past. I had always been fascinated with my wife's underwear. Many times when she was not home, I would go through her drawer and look at everything she had wondering how it must feel to have them on.

About four months ago she said she was on her way to the store. I asked her if she wouldn't mind picking up a pair of woman's panties for me to wear. She gave a look, but did return with a few things for me to wear. All she asked of me was why? I explained that mens underwear are boring looking and I was looking for something different. Truth be told, I was very excited to be wearing woman clothing. Whenever I would put them on she would laugh a little, but never said anything more about it.

A few months ago I asked her if she would bring me home a bra to match the panties. The silence from her was deafening. I said that I just wanted to feel what she felt everyday. Being six foot two and 220 pounds presented a whole lot of issues. She helped measure me and suggested I look online because of the size. I bought two front closure bras. The feelings that were going through me as I stared into the mirror I cannot describe. I am sure many know what I am talking about. I began to see another me. One that was always inside but afraid to come out. We are going to try to find a dress for me next week. I am sure my size will again present a whole host of issues but I can't wait.

I am 55 years young and our kids are out of the house. I will always be a man for my wife and kids. Being able to dress as Jamiey at home is allowing me to let the girl out and explore my feminine side. Although later in life, I was able to open a door and a new chapter.

Putting this down on paper is new to me and I apologize if it makes little sense. But having Jamiey open up to someone other than my wife is exhilarating.

Jaimey, you are doing fine. It sounds like your wife is a little curious herself. The best advice I can give you is to keep the communication open. Also she can join the Haven also. Wives and SO's are always welcome here. We appreciate their feedback also.

Jamiey, a word of caution here. Make sure you are communicating with your wife, and that you are listening to what she says, and that you are clear about how she feels about all this. There are plenty of stories here about wives who seemed to be okay with their spouses dressing, but then began to feel overwhelmed by it, and became turned off to they whole thing.

Consideration and support for HER will pay dividends in the long run.
