Oh! Another thought to share!!!! Just occurred to me what is it to be in feminine gender...why there as opposed to my masculine gender?
I can only answer for myself, we are all different but when I am feminine gender...I just feel more open...more into relations with others, cooperative, helping, into style and feeling beauty sensing it I suppose... So hum...ok bye back to work now...
What is it to be feminine.

Re: What is it to be feminine.
As you indicated, you have to define feminine first.
Your definition may be different from mine, etc., etc.
So, it could be almost anything.

Donna is 100% correct here. To say you feel feminine you must define it first. I know what is means to me as I am sure you all know what it means to you and again Donna hit the nail on the head. It can be and probably is something different to each of us. I would be surprised if there weren't similarities in our definition but there are differences as well. That is what makes us individuals.
Anne in regards to your feelings, what you list are much more personality traits found in both genders. Perhaps the reason you feel that way when en femme is you are more relaxed and in tune with your feminine side. I applaud you recognizing these as they are all admirable qualities but hardly exclusive to females.

Remember Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did only she did it backwards and in high heels!
