Re: Favorite Bra
I'm a small 36B thanks to years of HRT.
I find Lily of France bras work best for me. They seem to fit me the best and they support the girls well. They even have several padded styles that give me that little extra while maintaining a natural appearance. Maidenform makes an excellent bra and I have a couple of them and I like they are available in a multitude of colors but for everyday it is Lily for me!

Re: Favorite Bra
I just found a new (I think) set of Triumph bra and panties, in a lovely blue colour.
I had to order them immediately.
They are the same make as one that I already have and will serve the purpose of hiding my improvised breast forms, while also being a really nice colour and fit comfortably.
I can't wait for them to be delivered.

Re: Favorite Bra
I remember my favourite bra. I bought them from Evans in a three pack black, natural and lilac I think they might have been their own label. Satin cups with lace trim underwired. When I was bigger I could fill a B cup with a little cajoling of the girls and the underwires kept them in place and gave me reasonable cleavage. Great bras very comfy I could wear them all day without any discomfort.
One wears a mask for so long you forget who you are beneath it......I've now removed my mask.

Re: Favorite Bra
Right now, my favourite is my Warner's medium support front closure bra.
But... I have a new Wonderbra Chantilly Lace bra on order to support my new forms. I am hoping that it will be my new favourite!

I wear a bra daily. My favourite is the Triumph Doreen Classic, size 42B. I fill the cups well and it gives me good support and projection.

Re: Favorite Bra
Have not as yet used forms or a bra.
I have been using a costume bra.
I am looking forward to using breast forms and a bra.
Will then feel like a real lady.
My costumer should be able to help me with that.
I will feel so much more like a real woman having breasts ( even though they are only forms)
And I will feel so much better wearing a nice bra or two.
Oh my!

Re: Favorite Bra
Martha, what is a costume bra? Wouldn't someone dressing in female costume just wear a regular bra?
So many cute bras you gals enjoy!

Re: Favorite Bra
Eileen,
It's a regular bra which I stuff at times to make my breasts more firm and buxom.
However, there are no forms used to simulate actual breasts.
However with the breast forms I would feel more like a woman. I would then have "breasts> rather than a stuffed bra.
When dressed I want to be a woman from top to bottom.

Re: Favorite Bra
Oh, I see. What some of you gals do to stuff up top is amusing. Forms can be expensive, but worth the cost. The finest bra made cannot make bird seed, water balloons, or Kleenex tissue look or move even close to natural breasts.
We don't want to get too far off topic though. A favorite bra is one that can be worn all day without discomfort. I'm not one that needs lace and bows on my undies to remind me I'm a woman. A bra's purpose it to keep the girls in place, be comfortable, and make your appearance the best it can be.

Re: Favorite Bra
I read your bra post and see that you still don't have a set of
breastforms. There is nothing like a quality silicone breastform for
feeling great with a bra on. Forget about making your own fillers.
It was the best investment I ever made.
Janet
Suggest the triangle with a slight opening in the back so that it fits against your chest and doesn't move.
I got my best set from TheBreastformstore. They will talk with you as to your right size
Don't order them too large.. I order the size for B cups. Then I can go out under dressed
with the bra and forms on with a light jacket or bulky sweater and love it shopping

Re: Favorite Bra
Having a good set of breastforms is definitely the best way to go. Found mine on sale and they are a triangle set made for a B cup. My favorite bra's are Comfort Choice soft cup that have Lace and they have a small pocket that I have added that holds the breast forms well in place.

Sure, I bet a lot of us have that complaint! But my faves go back into the bras of the '90s when Bali and others made lightweight fun bras in all kinds of cool patterns and colors.
Where to start? I have been wearing high quality breast forms for years. But for me, the bra makes a big difference. My all time favorite was made by Lands end about 2004-06. It was a simple convertable back unadorned bra. 36A fit my size 4 Amoena breast forms perfectly. I still have one or two in good shape and perhaps even unused in the bag. I REALLY liked that bra style. It looked simular to this:
https://www.pinterest.com/pin/37999190581914600/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Apparently, one day, Lands End just decided to stop selling bra's! I even contacted them asking who the manufacture was, but to no avail!
These days. . . I really hate the "bullet proof" (Thick foam pre shaped). I like to feel a little bounce in the breast forms, and as many of us no doubt do, occasionally "cop a feel" during the day. And thick foam cups are as much fun to touch as an old sleeping bag!
Bring back free form boobs! Natural shape beats preformed all the time!

Re: Favorite Bra
My favorite bra is one I bought from a shop on Etsy. I don't wear it very often, I guess because I paid so much for it that I wear it only when I feel like I need to wear something special. I do have quite a few other bras, maybe not so many as some of you gals, so I have a good selection of normal every day bras to wear. Lately I've been feeling like getting special, custom, handmade items even if it's only 1 or 2 things, rather than buying a lot of stuff from the department store. The custom, handmade pieces make me feel special and sexy in a way that store-bought stuff just doesn't. There are a few Etsy shops that I like. The one that I like the most, I actually bought the wrong size and so it doesn't fit as well, and also it has lace all the way up the back so I have to wear it with the right outfit. And my second favorite fits perfectly, so probably I'll buy another like it in a different color.
