General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

I was warned off buying a real hair wig because of the care. You basically have to treat it like real hair - that is, for women, very care-intensive. Synthetic wigs have a built in "memory"" - you don't have to bring them back to shape after washing etc..

True Anthony but synthetic wigs don't look or move nearly as natural hair wigs do. I haven't need a wig in several years now although I do still have one that is a short almost pixie style which I have worn a couple of times in the past year just for a change of pace. It is human hair and no requires no more maintenance than my own hair. Get a human hair wig for the looks. Sure they are a bit more expensive and require some care but you are worth it! Besides who ever said being a woman was easy?
