Top 10 Reasons To Be A Crossdresser

Post by Julie M. »

10. You can talk to yourself just like you're talking to a person of the opposite sex
9. You can be equally at home with a group of women as you are with a group of men
8. You don't mind doing the dishes as long as you can dress like June Cleaver when you're doing them
7. You find out first hand that your wife was right and pantyhose are intended to run at the worst time
6. Your wardrobe is virtually unlimited!
5. You can fix a lawn tractor or a broken fingernail
4. You understand your wife when she says "I can't wear those heels, they hurt my feet"
3. You can have a meaningful conversation with your wife about makeup, hairstyles and not having a thing to wear
2. You love shopping just as much as your wife.
1. You get to meet people from all walks of life who greet you with open arms.

This was a great post similar to others I have read in the past.

If you talk to yourself, the safest thing is to cup your right hand next to your cheek. Everyone will think you're on a cellular phone. [grin]

Well it is only in the last couple of years that I even started with clothing outer where clothing (dresses, skirts). But as I said the female side buys more clothes for herself than that male side buys for himself.

Hi all,

I too tend to buy more clothes for my feminine side than my masculine side. Part of it is that there is a much greater variety out there for women. But, is it not possible to have one's feminine side teach one's masculine side to be more fashionable or aesthetically conscious? I've been trying to to use my budding sense of how to accessorize, use color creatively, combine shoes tastefully with an outfit (instead of just buying one or two pairs of shoes and making do), and use clothes to create my own personal style--all things women do, more or less--for my male wardrobe. I can't claim any great successes yet, but it certainly makes life more interesting!

demurely yours,

I'm blessed to have long, thin, straight legs and I love to wear short skirts and high heels. Going out the other night was so fantastic as I wore a rather short mini and three inch heels for the first time outside. I just love the feel of the nylons against my smooth legs and going into the club all I wanted was to "turn a few heads" in my direction...I wasn't too nervous and had a big smile as I sat down and just very naturally crossed my legs and smoothed what little there was of my skirt underneath me. That was the best part of CDing that night...just being oh so feminine and not being afraid or fearful of being so.
