Probably my craziest thing was getting married in my wedding dress. My bride and I wore matching dresses. At the reception that followed, we definitely found out who our friends were (and weren't). At the motel where we spent our honeymoon though, motel staff "didn't even bat an eye" when we showed up there together, still wearing our wedding dresses.

A "little bit" crazy indeed! Good for you!! While I have worn a couple wedding gowns, the thought of renewing our vows with me wearing one is just not even in the real of fantasy life. So, I'll just live vicariously through your experience!

I saw a picture on facebook a long time ago, or a few weeks ago I'm never sure where there was a reverse wedding. The guys all wore dresses and the women wore suits. For my wedding though I was happy to let my wife be the woman for that occasion she did buy me something sexy for the honeymoon though.

I think going into Walmart to pick up more underpads for my wife and some make up for myself. I was fully enfemm including my purse but in jeans and a lady's polo. I remember following a woman in the door. No one really seemed to take much notice of me but back by the pharmacy there was an older lady on a scooter who smiled at me, and one behind me at the self check out who smiled and seemed supportive then I walked out to the car and drove home.

I remember wearing my navy blue dress with white polkadots, fully decked out then drove several miles to the starbucks drive through and ordered...the guy did not say anything but ducked out of the window and the female manager peeked over at me...it was Halloween.

I have also driven through the ATM all of these in broad daylight.

Years ago I would drive after midnight to a secluded spot so that I could get out of the car and experience walking in the open in a dress...there was a small beach area and I walked out to the water and back to the car about 200 feet behind me.

I have also driven enfemm on business trips driving through a toll booth. I actually once drove to a secluded dirt road to change from guy clothes into girl clothes having to step out of the car to get the skirt right then getting back in and on the road prior to leaving town...I would change while driving when I needed gas and prior to checking in at the hotel.

I remember having shopped for a pack of nylon lace trimmed panties and had called about the TV not working and had forgotten about it...the panties were laying on the bed when the repair man came in...he fixed it fast then left and I felt a little embarrassed back then but I am no longer really embarrassed about who I am anymore. I have come to realize that I am not really interested in living full time or in swimming against the current with the potential of facing the slings and arrows of society. Currently I am satisfied with dressing privately inside my home, but I have no problem Staying dressed if the person coming knows and is accepting.

I have just stopped pushing myself but this is not to say with an accepting partner someday I might not just go wherever with her by my side after all I do believe we have every right to be who we are everywhere at home or in public but...I do not like the nagging feeling that in public, even my neighbors who now seem to ignore me now sadly ...yeah I went to the mail box, and to the car and have been outside dressed around my home taking stuff out to the trash can and was probably seen.

The fact is because we are men there are consequences and unfair judgements about us if we reveal our femininity outside the privacy of our own homes. We are instantly and unfairly judged and pigeon holed to be Gay...or a sexual pervert...a threat to people's children if children see us...just our being in view of their children is seen as unacceptable, and religious types see us as unacceptable we are seen as a threat and as a morally corrupt presence or person by most everyone because of who we are. It is completely unfair, we are not a threat to anyone, we are very nice, upstanding citizens who should be fully accepted. There are bad people in society and there are bad people who are like us but if we are respectable and nice we should receive the same respect and acceptance as anybody else. It is a completely ridiculous outrage that we are pre judged as outcasts but that is just where our society happens to be, it is changing but the evolution is not to the point that we are allowed to be seen as any other woman and given the same respect when we are not masculine and happen to be out but unfortunately that is just the way things are.

I bet no one even noticed, you have to have a full beard to be noticed in Walmart if you're wearing a dress.

Good old Halloween or national excuse to crossdress day as I call it.
Last time I wore a dress on Halloween the waitress where we were having dinner started laughing when she saw me. I just figured it was Halloween and I probably did look funny.

Yeah it stinks that some people act as if a man wears a dress it's as bad as running over a puppy on purpose or something. It's societal conditioning and religious conditioning for many. Which reminds me I think it was one of your posts that I was reading where you said the part in Leviticus about cross dressing was to keep people from being a corporal Klinger, I thought that was an interesting take.

Tonight we ordered pizza for dinner I greeted the pizza dude fully dressed. He didn't even bat an eye but I bet when he gets back to the store he will have an interesting story to tell his coworkers.

I never delivered pizzas but I did see lots of strange things when working maintenance at apartment complexes. Never saw any cross dressers that I'm aware of though.

One night long ago when I was stocking shelves at grocery store the other guys were talking about a crossdresser that had just left.
The funny thing was it may have been my dad.

I have one that doesn't really count since I wasn't dressed but I did answer the door to the UPS man barefoot with painted toenails. My wife at the time had painted them the night before as a joke. This was during the suppression years. He didn't say anything.

I remember being at a private home for a Medical Group Christmas Party, our Medical Group Commander was there, this was Florida so just deck shoes shorts, no socks when he pulls his foot casually probably unintentionally about half way out far enough that his nails became visible. I happened to look down and they were painted pink!! He stated his "daughters were painting their nails and I said here.." As a covert cross dresser my attention went "boing!" and I never saw him in the same way again...funny thing is he was moving over to Eglan AFB where they have a lot of commandos and machismo and somebody told me they would frown on that "over there." Ha! This was about 2002.... I had vaguely heard rumors on another occasion about another higher up in the medical group...but thing is we are everywhere the only big deal is the prudes and religious types who make it one!

One Saturday morning I had just done my nails in a bright red, and my wife said she was going to Best Buy. An hour later I get a call from her asking me to quickly come check something out she wanted to buy.

I hopped in my truck and drove over, found her, and agreed it was worth buying. We got in the checkout line, and when we got to the register, she handed me her checkbook and told me to write it.

She stood to the side and watched everyone around me to see how they would react to my nails. One guy even came as close as he could get in order to get a good look. But no one said a thing.

My wife thought it was funny.

Depending on where you are in your journey with your confidence....Well I have been out with longer clear coated nails and I did note a few looks as I drank my Cafe Mocha in the cafe....
