Indeed!

In fact I think I want to join them. So I am taking the NYC police test this summer! Wish me luck...

Hi Lorna

It's your Southern Sister from 'the other place'...

I'm so sorry to hear that you had to deal with a moron, but in the real world we do have to do these things. And as you know I have been the intended victim of assault myself. My words of wit don't come so quickly, but within a few minutes I can figure out how to verbally put darn near anyone back in their place. One of my favorite lines is to ask twits like the one you dealt with is "How do you think it will feel to have to tell your friends that you got your a.. kicked by some guy who likes to wear dresses?" So far this line has worked well with teens, partly because their inexperience doesn't clue them in to whether I am right or not, and partly bacause they would not be able to deal with the aftereffects of having to tell their friends. Just as with any enemy, the safest win is to exploit their vulnerabilities, which you did well. And don't you think you've gotten old just yet; I'd give half of what's left of my life to be your age and know what I know now!

Big HUGS to you!
Penny T. :)
