Hello from beautiful Toledo Ohio! I am Sarah, had to use my middle name in my user name as someone beat me to using just Sarah. I just turned 38 and have been post op for almost 10 years now. Really sure how much I am supposed to tell here nut I am in a committed relationship for over 4 years now and my SO and I have recently began discussing marriage. I am going to try to be an active member however with outside interests and a relationship I make no promises.
