Do you wear panties 24/7?

I only wear men's underpants to the doctor. At night I wear pj's with no underwear. (My wife doesn't allow nightgowns in bed, but they're ok'd as loungewear.)Sometimes in winter I'll wear a bra under a shirt and sweater when I go out. It's not a priority,though, since I am allowed to dress every day when I am at home.

Almost 24/7. I usually wear thongs for most of the day. Bras usually at night where there is more privacy. I love padded bras because of the cupping feel.

You are 1 lucky gurl, April Rose, to have a wife who allows you to "dress" around the house every day. How I wish that was my case as "closeted dressing" is no fun at all.

This is an extremely interesting subject. I doubt there is any right answer to this question either. Fortunately we're all created different and therefore have widely varied and different ways of expressing ourselves. Just reading through the 3 pages of replies, so far, proves that.

I am 1,000% addicted to satin and any other feminine fabrics that are close to satin. Being the BIG man that I am, male underwear has always been a problem for me to wear. Male "tidy whities" have to be the creation of the Devil her or himself especially when you're endowed with a micro organ. For all the years I wore them I had constant rashes around my waist and throughout my groin region. I even went through a period of wearing no underwear but that was no solution as male pants are made just as course. Boxers were no solution as I endured too many occasions when my pants zipper tried to painfully zip more than it should've and those elastic waist bands could've held up a skyscraper they were so stiff and tight. (I had to endure them during my 4 years in the USAF!)

When I recalled the teen age joy I'd had wearing my Mom's and then my own silky, 1950's vintage, nylon panties I decided that this might be a solution. But what size panty does a big fella wear? This was a problem as my petite wife's size 5's were not even a close possibility. Eventually I purchased a few pairs of Vanity Fair plus size 12 Lace Noveau panties. The first time that silky nylon caressed my nether region I felt wonderful. For many years I wore the VF's and loved the feelings and rash free comfort they provided.

I accepted an opportunity to travel around the New England area for my then employer in a company provided vehicle to service our customers. My first night away I went shopping and came across some lovely white and plain pastel colored hi cut satin briefs on sale for "buy 3 get 3 free for $6". The store clerk even helped me with sizes when I informed her that I was buying for one who was the same size as me. Upon my return to my hotel I tried a pair on and oh my, oh my! The sensations and feelings were unbelievable and so enthralling I got weak in my knees as a result.

From that day on I only wear satin panties under my male outerwear, even though they are now very difficult to find in my plus size. I find their comfort and feeling against my skin unlike anything I've ever before felt. Like a few others have posted I endure my old tidy whities for Dr. visits but that is the only time I'm not in satin under my pants. I lounge and sleep in long, floor or calf length satin nightgowns and see no need for wearing panties under my fine satin gowns as this gives me total freedom of movement. So my answer to the question being asked here is an emphatic YES but only 12/7, as a satin gown covers the other 12/7.

As a prologue readers may be interested in knowing that I started typing this reply around 4 PM, Sunday 2/26/2017. I was wearing ivory satin hi cut briefs and a short lace hemmed silver satin slip under my pull over shirt and pants. I had to pause around 5 for supper and then spent the evening with my wife watching TV. It's now about 1:45 AM EST and I'm completing this wearing a floor length full sweeping gold satin w black lace trim negligee / peignoir set, Once posted I'll head to bed and luxuriate all wrapped and sleeping in the charmeuse gold satin gown. I tried to insert some photos of the silver slip and satin gown but could not get them to post here from my computer photo album.

Panties all the way! I truly feel that they are more comfortable than men's underwear. Whenever this topic comes up people seem to mention the doctor a lot. This seems strange to me, as I generally go to the doctor about twice per year, and most commonly for an antibiotic or something like that; which I know will not require pants removal. If was was going for a physical or prostate exam etc, I would simply wear some fairly mundane looking black panties that would almost certainly not be noticed. Even if they were noticed, I seriously doubt it would be given a second thought. In any case - panties rule!

Lysette, you make a valid point but some of us may be in different situations where the wearing of male tidy whities is an option that saves any potential embarrassment for all concerned. My wife and I are now in our mid-seventies (76 - 77) and our medical plan requires us to have a complete physical every 12 months with a follow up exam 6 months after. Our Dr. has become a very good friend as well as our Primary Care Physician (PCP). Customarily we go together for these visits and I try to not put her in an awkward situation now that she's starting to be OK with my panty wearing.

I was in my white satin hi-cut briefs on a visit to my Dermatologist and nothing was said when I had to undress so he could check for any skin abnormalities over my whole body.

As I stated in my original comment here, "we're all different". I am in complete agreement with you that, "panties rule" and in my case I'll add, especially when they are satin!

How about a walk down memory lane. Many years ago - 40 years ago or so - there was a company making men's underwear called "Bravos". Bravos could be best described as panties for men. Unfortunately, the company did not continue in business.

It was about then that I switched to panties full time - day or night - but being somewhat of a wimp - I reserve a couple of men's briefs to wear to the doctors office.

As for noticing what I am wearing under my clothes - it just doesn't happen - my underwear feel perfectly normal to me (as it should).

Carol Elizabeth, thanks so much for the trip down memory lane. I have many fond memories of those those "Bravos". I too wondered whatever happened to them. I remember they had only one fabric--nylon, only 2 styles--full cut brief or bikini, and only 3 (solid) colors, red , dark blue or white. I seem to remember that they were well-made, as I was still wearing them years after they quit making them. I also remember an even older brand of men's panties made by Jockey and called "Skan-teez". I owned a couple dozen pair of those. They were also well made, allowing me to wear them right up to the time that the "bravos" came out. I remember only bikini style in those, and they were made from some sort of stretch nylon in only the exact same colors as "Bravos" mentioned above. That was before Jockey ever made any women's undies. Now that Jockey thing really dates me, but that's OK.

Forgive me if I'm getting too philosophical here, but I just want to share where I'm at personally with my panty wearing. I realize that everybody isn't in this exact same place, but then also I believe I'm not the only one.

Becoming a "panty boy" for me has involved much more that going from "tighty-whities" to panties. I am now compelled to wear panties all the time, I haven't owned any "male' undies for more than 20 years.

I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but panties became more than just underwear. They became my master, I became their servant. Yes, I am addicted. Of course in any master-servant relationship, the servant will constantly try to please the master. The "pleasing" part is something that I do every morning when I get dressed. After I'm done with the "pleasing", then my panties reward me, as any good master will do to a good servant. I won't go into further detail about that, as I don't want to say anything to get me censured or banned here.

I think that maybe this "relationship" is a reflection of a deeper desire within me. I think that I desire for a woman to be my master, to dominate me, with me as the willing servant. Since I'm married, but my wife isn't the domineering type, I think this need or desire is met in me by being a servant to my panties, thereby using the panties as a symbol of a woman.
