How often are you dressed en femme?

Hi Everyone,
I was really wondering how often all of you are dressed en femme? I will consider it to be dressed en femme anytime you are wearing clothes or makeup that make you look and feel like you are dressed, to avoid confusing definitions. However, wearing lingerie under male clothes would not count as being "en femme". It must be a visable display.

80-99% of the time, I would not want to miss the 1 - 19% of time that I am not dressed en femme, because that helps me to appreciate (more) the time I that I am cross-dressed.

Usually only on the weekends. Spending Monday thru Friday in boy mode is real tough.

Yes, the question is, How often do you dress now?, not how often would you like to or used to.

I had to go with the last option as I have never gone out fully En Fem. though I do wear panties everyday. I have swam in my pool in a one piece swimsuit and do wear a kilt at Ren Faires. I am happy being male and while I am working up the courage to wear more fem items(IE female pants and skirts) it is not to look Fem but because I like the clothes.

WEll, I like to challenge the system abit. I like to wear a bit of mascara, a little make-up, some lip gloss, perfume, neutral nail polish, a "feminine ring or two" and sometimes feminine slacks and or blouse but I still look like a boy I guess as even friends have not said anything. The only "challenge I did receive was once at a grocery store the checker asked about the "ladies billfold" I was carrying. I just told her it was functional and left it at that.

Actually, I did it deliberately, because I'm vying with Deborah for the title of Dumb Blonde of the Year (she has No Chance, but she doesn't know it yet!)

Hi!

This was a difficult poll to answer for me. I generally only dress when I am going out because for me makeup is too expensive to use for only my mirrow to see it.

While I feel like a woman all the time I only choose to express it when others can see it. Does that make sense?

Then I read it again and YES it makes total sense. You're saying though you're not dressed on the outside, you feel femme on the inside and you only like to dress when you can dress en femme, head to toe. Did I get it?

Your comment about how expensive makeup is was interesting too.

Hi Beauty,

Yes, you got it! I am not going to "halfway" dress. If I'm going to put anything femme on, I'm going to be femme head to toe. I have to much respect for women that if I can't give it 110% then I will wait until the time that I can.

For me personally, I have heavy facial hair growth and I have to use two different covers plus my foundation just to hide my beard shadow. Plus, the different loose powders I use. That doesn't even scratch the surface when you add in lipstick, lip liner, eye liner, mascara, blush and eyeshadows. So you can see why I say makeup can get expensive. LOL

I feel the same way about dressing all the way. I've tried to just wear femme clothing, but it made me appreciate Gaven. It just doesn't feel right for me.

I have a thread/chapters in a novel

about my laser hair removal treatments (search on laser and use beauty as the author if you want to find it easily) I've been going since the end of July. Now there are just stray hairs that pop up. My treatments last about 15 minutes. Danielle is going to work with a different hair removal technique which is approved by the FDA (unlike my treatment) and is a lot quicker.

No one really notices that I don't have facial hair. They all just think I'm clean shaven all the time.

I only know if I had the chance again I'd do it sooner.

Applying makeup was one of the reasons I got laser surgery. I also got tired of shaving to dress.

Thanks for explaining about the makeup! I was going to ask about the powder too.

The thing about powder is the way it smells and the way it makes the skin look. WOW! I always thought girls with smooth faces were always just lucky, but the truth is... that's rarer than I thought.

Foundation and powder, just the correct mixture and you can have movie star skin. To me even better than someone with "perfect skin" (With LOTS of practice)

I have been seriously considering laser hair removal lately but my cash flows puts it out of my reach at the moment. Your posts were a very interesting read and makes me desire the removal that much more.
