Okay girls, the last thing that I want is for my community to say, "Oh, God, here comes Danielle Marie and her opinions."
Anthropologists that are keen on this subject, that is human anthropology, will tell you there are really 36 points that define a male and female. That is, currently in software that assists modern CSI, when it comes to defining and characterizing the human face, et al, caucasian, European as example, there are specific points about the face.
When you see someone, the light that reflects off of their face is broken down basically into pixels. Small dots of information that eventually are sent on to the brain for processing and analysis. So by and large, the voice is the best give-away even with the best makeup and perhaps surgical changes to some extent.
I voted on the eyes since the word was in feminine appearance I believe in the question. A woman with a goiter could be mistaken for an Adam's apple by a resonably intelligent and alert and perhaps astute individual, but for the most part, we just do not think that way. Even the best educated still operate at a fundamental level throughout the day as we all do.
Hair about the face and hands and arms. My daughter-in-law has dark very fine hair on her arms. While she does not like it, she will occasionally go to her mother's hair salon and have it, YIKES!, pulled off with that honey stuff. A very courageous girl is she!
Never shaved it off for fear that it will grow back darker. An old wives tale. It can grow back courser and look darker but the amount of melanin in the hair folicle that gives it it's color, can olny be reduced until the hair is white. Genetics gives us that much.
There are obvious things girls. Then there is the ridiculous like a moustach, or beard, ha ha LOL.
Yes, I am the one that is having "light therapy" done to remove the facial hair. Still, I will have the smaller eyes, the brows, even after tweezing girls, the cranial brow is still there.
Always prepared with a hat pin to deflate the issue....
Hugs
