Painted Toes

Post by Elizabeth »

Hi girls,

I went out today for the first time with my toenails painted while wearing sandals. I had them painted a very pretty pale pink. I also was wearing these beautiful earrings that are chrome plated star hanging from a hook. My fingernails are almost a 1/4 long perfectly shaped and coated with several coats of clear glossy nail polish.

OMG!!!!!

Now I know this is really no big deal for most of you, But it was like robbing a bank in an invisable suit. I felt great, and no one even noticed my toes, my nails or my earrings. I got into my usual conversation in the check out line, and really all that happened was I felt great.

Everyday, in everyway, I am getting better and better.

Love to all,
Elizabeth

Well done Elizabeth ,

You can get away with it if you wear soft pale colours , I had a pale white on my toenails and fingernails while on holiday last year and nobody seemed to pay any attention .

Way to go girls! Push the envelop a bit. If you haven't tried a bit of eye shadow, some nice perfume, a neutral lipstick, a bit of mascara. If you are not trying for an "in your face" approach you are right no one will
notice.

Elizabeth,

You go, girl!!! Isn't it just the best feeling to find that you can express more of your inner self without drawing stares or reprisals? :)

My toenails have been painted most of the time this year (pink to purple). I've gotten some occasional questioning looks, but more than that, complements from GGs. One GG came up to me and said that she wished she could get her husband to try it.

It's been said before - life is too short not to test the waters.
