HI GIRLS, i have been taking better care of myself in the past few months because of all you . I keep a better routine and drink lots of water and also keep my face much cleaner and use moisturizer. Shaved my beard of 19 years. I feel better about me and where I am headed. Work is much easier to do , people listen a little more to what you have to say when your old like me. I am learning to accept myself as I am and not change for anybody. Some of these things are because I am older , some because of meeting other crossdressers on this forum. I would have to say for me life has gotten easier as I have get older, I'm 53, in good shape, and I love to dress as a woman as much as possible. ......kristen
