I was going to wear this cute white skirt my GG friend Bunny picked out for me at the store a few weeks back (real cute and only cost $1) but boy is it ever short!!

Ah, what the heck... 1) I'm going to the same old local bar tonight for my friend Lois's birthday, and 2) as CDs our legs are our best features, so i guess I shall do what fashion experts say - accentuate the positive!

I'm wearing this tiny blue denim mini with a pink shoulderless top and my new wig, currrlyyy hair lol wahoooooooooo

Also got some hooped earrings on

But I've just had a phone call, Sister saying, we going food shopping tonight! arghhhh, this happned last week too! So now I have to jump in the shower and get all this makeup off, only had it on for 4 hrs! lol

Hiya girls , This is for you Jadeanne. the cool wind is blowing after a late summer rain. I need to dress for rain, but I will throw caution to the wind and put on a new ( alterations by me) Black cowgirl mini skirt with five fake silver buckles coming down the back in line with yoke. Tan buckskin 3 high heels, tied fringe all the way up the 14 inch boot. New pink Hanes Way bra and black Hanes Her Way lace panties, white long sleeve tied top covered by a blue denim vest. My hair is straight and blonde, adorned by a light blue denim hair band, earings are dark blue denim and it's starting to rain again. Better get a black rain jacket, before I go out.

Hi girls , Sophie boots! Sophie boots! I am wearing boots that I think Sophie would love. 14 inch tan suede with tied fringe all the way from the sole to thee to of the bootI I saw them at ARC yesterday and thought of Sophie, the more I wear them the more I like them. Also wearing a light blue ankle cut denim wrap skirt with a pink V neck 3/4 sleeve, gold embroidering around the v-neck. The tan boots( ooo -lala)and light blue denim vest.. I just got back from the car wash, and need to also wash my golden blonde hair(wig). Love going to the car wash enfem. Feel so helpless at times when I wash my car enfem, why is that? I hold the wand like a girl.... I love it....... keep smilin , keep dressin and keep postin .........Kristen

lovvveee the boots, but the whoe outfit sounds like it will fit together really nicely!

Can you wash wigs? hmmm, how do you do it? Do you use shampoo and stuff?

Hi all,

Jadeanne is back and dressed!

After 2 weekends of company, then I was fighting a severe sore throat and horrible cough that are now starting to go away with medication so I have some more energy.

This past week there was a devastating flood downstate on the New York side of the New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania border. Lots of people who lived along several small roads were affected, including several relatives. I talked with them on the phone for the first time in a long time. When I visited the newspaper website, there was a picture of my childhood thru age 25 home with the front porch and 2 car garage ripped off and with foundation damage. My late mother sold it 3 years ago, but I certainly feel bad for the current owners. The good thing is that no people were killed or hurt.

I have enjoyed reading the posts on this thread by everyone - what nice outfits. Kristen, you write very nice descriptions.

Today, I am wearing mostly lingerie. On top, I'm wearing a red stretch lace camisole from Avenue. I paired that with a black Lorraine half slip that has 2 inches of lace at the hem. My stockings are white and shoes are red. My clip earrings are goldtone with dangling jeweled apples, my necklace is a twisted gold/silver chain, goldtone watch, red stretch bracelet, goldtone enamel bangle bracelet, silver charm bracelet, and my short curly ash blonde wig.

Underneath, I'm wearing a red underwire bra, red satin panties, and my 4 garter black Rago waist cincher.

It's great to be back!

Jadeanne, It's greater to have you back. So many braclets, i Like it. Red bra and Panties,satin no less, I really like the whole outfit. Sorry to hear about your childhood home, even though it's no longer your home, it i am sure it still has an effect on you. thank you for the compliment on writing i just tried to be as much like you as I can.

I feel as though Iam young enough to wear such outfits then I look in the mirror and think what an old woman, to be wearing this, oh well . To night i am wearing the dress that i put a new zipper in, Black velvet straplless , evening dress , No hose Just bear chemical tan legs and red toe polish , red strapped 4 inch heels, a silverbead necklace, siver globe earings. . Red Flame short curly wig. All dressed up and nowhere to go. .... Oh well i need to buy Plane tickets tonite for my nephew's wedding on sept. 25th . I will be their Photographer and will be very busy trying to get all the shots I can, should be very fun though. Everyone in my family is so used to me running around with a camera that they don't pay attention to me . So lots of candid shots, I like those the best. big wedding in a little town. Sophie, the best way to wash your wig is to turn it inside out, so hair is surrounded by the wig support . Fill the sink with lukewarm water and a very mild shampoo, baby shampoo works really well or wig shampoo from where you bought your wig. . Dip the wig in the shampoo and water, swish around for a minute, drain the sink, fill up the sink with lukewarm water again, rinse the wig in the water(still inside out ) . Repeat rinse 2 more times. Do not ring the wig , let it drip untill water is nearly all out. Then turn wig right side out. hang on wig stand or a really big empty bottle ( like a laundry detergent bottle), do not blow dry, do not use heat or shake, do not use a towel to dry wig, do not brush or comb while wig is wet. Let wig air dry. it'l take at least a day to dry.
If wig is a human hair wig treat it as a human hair. Use good shampoo and conditioner. You can use your regular ways of shampooing your hair , I hope this helps you ......... Kristen

Owww, I just tried on an outfit which is soooo cute. It doesn't sound much, a grey knee-length skirt, but it's like one of those pinstripe ones. With a dark pink NY 3/4 length angel arms top. I couldn't really get any shoes to go with it

But was the sort of outfit I think you could go out in and just blend in with all the other girls

Going over my Sisters now so I can't wait to get home and wear it, this has been sat in my cupboard for weeks and weeks and I never tried it on till just now

Sophie, I think it sounds very cute. You have no pink, gray or black heels? Black or white oes with anything, or is it the style that does fit right.
My plan was to go to walmart this morning a get some dounuts ( i don't shop there much but it's close) dressed in my striped blue/white ROCKY MOUNTIAN jeans , 4 inch blue open toed heels. It is pretty cool so a black turtleneck velvet top with a light blues jeans vest, my waist chincher is keeping my belly in and and Hanes bra is keeping my breasts up,micro fiber lace paties are keeping things organized. A single strand of blue fake pearls, single pearl earings, red short bob wig. My hips are widened by foam and wood, I have a shape that most women would die for. I broke two nails getting into the car and starting the heater, that was enough to cancel my outing, no foritude, no glory. I will try again in the tomorrow.......keep smilin, keep dressin, keep postin......kristen
