And who can forget Coming To America with Eddie Murphy? "She's got that souuuuuuuuulllllll glooooowwwwwwww..." I was dying in the scene when they left the stains on the couch...
The 80s are back.

Ripped jeans started out as an 80s thing, but they come back into fashion every so many years. All of my jeans were ripped [John Houseman]the old-fashioned way[/John Houseman].SophieLawson wrote:were ripped jeans in the 80's or or 90's?

The 80's styles are coming back, I didn't know they left.
As far as ripped jeans go it's sort of like Jaye said they go and come back again frequently. I remember hippies in ripped jeans. In the early eighties I would go out with ripped blue jeans, I mean they were ripped everywhere ang I would wear black tights or black leggings underneath, so you'd see the black through the holes of the blue jeans. This was my favorite look for daytime shopping.
