I too am older (78) and dress a person of that age. With the fall weather coming on I spent this afternoon going through my cool/cold wardrobe.
The upside of being an old CD: As we age, men and women begin to resemble each other more closely, so while you may not garner many wolf whistles, it becomes progressively easier to pass as either sex.
I am somewhere in the region of middle age. I don't act like middle-age, even my dad wonders when I am going to grow up. I say maybe,,,,like,,, never, dude.

actually, there are a lot of older CDrs here . . . they are the most adjusted and content of us all. You WILL be one of them someday . . . these feeling aren't going to go away as you age.
What are you girls talking about? I am in my early sixties, but can feel as young as I want by the way I dress. I have never yet felt older when cross-dressed, most often younger.
At 78 that leaves many enjoyable years ahead for me Donna.

If I can still shed years off my age by crossdressing at 78 then maybe there is future for Merinda.
I really cant predict that far in advance , I am enjoying the present so I guess we'll have to wait and see where the journey takes us.
