Aayup. Eat a couple a' bowls of Albran for a real "moving" experience!

(Sophie, in case Albran is an American product with brand name recognition in England, it's a cereal for keeping people regular who have an insufficient amount of roughage in their diets!!)

Yogurt Flavored? Hmmmm.

I've not found any of those on the cereal aisle, but I do sorta' roll my own. I put a couple of spoons full of fruit flavored fat free yogurt on my cereal with just a dab of skim milk, makes for the creamy taste I miss with just the milk. Having a tendency toward the accumulation of fat does mess with what you enjoy most about eating. You are sooooo lucky Sophie. From your mums pic it looks like your family is naturally svelt and trim!!!!!

Yeah Lorna, I know whatcha' mean. Last week I flew from Kansas City to Oklahoma City and on to Dallas, and boy were my arms sore and tired. Next time, I'm takin' the darned plane!!!
