How about
If you could have facial femininization(2 many in"s I think lol) surgery, What do you think you would get done? Spare me the ones who think that beauty and looks mean nothing. For me chin implantss (i smell it too) and a new nose.!

If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.

I'm not really sure what specifically I'd have done, but I think I'd take the following approach.
I'd gather images of myself and my two sisters from our childhood, our adolescence, and our adulthood. I'd take careful note of how my sisters's faces changed as they matured and how mine correspondingly changed. The basic idea is to start with the face I had before puberty and proceed down the feminine path of maturation rather than the masculine path.
I'm not sure how easily available it is, but there is software out there that can put images of people through an aging process--I imagine there are options for aging them along either masculine or feminine lines.
Just for added reference, I'd do similarly with images of my brother. It'd be interesting to view him in feminine terms, but it would mostly serve as a kind of validation check for the process.
With this approach, I think I'd have a reasonable idea of how I might have looked by now if the coin-toss had yielded the opposite face. Then I'd go to the plastic surgeon and basically say "That Girl".
