How are you dealing with or handling this aspect of your life?

In all CD aspects Summer generates a cant be bothered attitude. When its hot I sweat, and all that tight bra with padding etc makes me sweat even more. A wig is unbearably hot too so, I just wear some feminine underwear next to my shorts and tee.
Autumn is like a re-awakening I become a butterfly in October, the butterfly matures through winter. In springtime I like to get on the light cotton dresses and walk in the park (in my dreams).
But the following summer I ditch it all for my shorts and tee.

Say hello to my nephew Pete down there in Oz.

Thanks to all you girls for your replies ,

It appears that ( for some of us ) the weather does influence our desire to dress more or less .
If I decide to live in sunny Queensland , I would probably dress less
If I decide to live in cold Tasmania , I would dress more , however I have heard that Tasmania is very old fasioned and bigoted .

I think to that with hot weather and longer dry days that we tend to spend more time on other interests that have put on hold throughout the cold months.
I think that if I moved house to Queensland , I would probably dress less at the start untill I got used to the weather and then it would be back to normal .

Hey Merinda,

I dont suppose Tasmania was colonised by Scottish people by any chance. It sounds just like home!

Sorry kerry , I dont know the answer to that .

I know that Tasmania is an anti-gay state where it illegal to engage in a gay relationship , I should imagine that with backward laws like that a crossdresser would have a few problems in public.

Winter?

Post by Hope »

I'm so glad to have seen someone else confirm what my wife and I have recently suspected. After finally paying attention to myself, yes indeed, winter somehow increased my desires to CD. Come late spring, my interest fades...not completely of course, but I can do without.

Thanks ladies....always nice to gain more understanding.

I don't dress in the late spring, summer or early fall. It's just too warm. In fact, I think next week will be the start of this year's Lisa season. I will shave my legs and nair my chest and start going out *-*

I kind of agree with Anne, the colder weather does allow us more options to hide the "sins of testosterone.' I have a long leather coat with a big fur collar and some nice gloves with fur trim and now I have a really neat knit hat with fur on it so yes it will hide alot, but when the coat comes off - skirts are still short and blouses a bit low cut!

No
If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.
