I found that by going in more often that the nerves ease up. I found that that the urge to buy a certain item helped me overcome my baseless fears on how I would be accepted as a shopper in ladies departement store. Now, I go in knowing that they somehow know it's for me (even if they don't, as it works better this way (fem mind over male mind)) and they could care less, and some are even friendly to offer advice and point to other items (trying to make that extra sale).
Hey!! I have been called "slut" and what a compliment! Today I went to Burlington Coat Outlet and picked up three new pair of panties and a great pair of knee length black leather boots. They are sooo cool, I will be able to wear knee length skirts or shorter with them and coats OH they had some georgeous coats. Will go back and try some of them on when I am not is such a hurry! Remember: "When the going gets tough - the tough go shopping!"

I've just been on the Lane Bryant website and did some gift shopping. My wife marked 2 dresses (with pockets) in the clearance section of the latest catalog, that also has a coupon code for 30% off the most expensive item.
As I checked the website clearance section, I found one dress for even less with more color choices if she chose a regular instead of petite. I took the catalog back downstairs and showed her. She said the regular one was OK, and we discussed color choices, how she preferred variety in color from her current favorite ones she wears to church. I ordered both of the dresses she marked, in the available colors she would like best. One is a sage green (only) border print. The other is a purple print. I know from experience that when I order clearance items from Lane Bryant, they may be out of stock, so I'm hoping they have at least one of them.
I also ordered a regular item, a 2 pack of tricot waltz length nightgowns, black and hot pink. The 30% came off them.
If all of these come in, my large gift storage box will be well stocked for several occasions to come, counting what's already in there.
I can fit into all of my wife's things except shoes, and she willingly shares after she gets to wear a gift from me first.

Brought up the subject with my SO regarding some short skirts, as it is getting rather hot and muggy with the oncoming monsoonal season. She had noticed that Target were having a summer sale and that skirts, tops, tees, etc. were 20% off the marked price. So off we went. I bought three new miniskirts and a singlet top with the shelf support, which I find so comfortable to wear with my breast forms. So now that's 4 singlet tops and 3 nice new miniskirts to mix and match on hot, sultry, muggy evenings.

I bought a really smart cotton blouse (pink of course). I can wear it with my pencil skirt and look in 'smart' femme mode as opposed to most of my other clothes which are very much girlie.
Tomorrow I need to get some pink pedalpushers for wear-it-pink day on Friday.
I got two more pairs on pantyhose (I know think I have enough) I also bought some tights one pink one white. I got some cotten PJ's with a leporage print (something you can only get usualy in the woman's lingerie department) and a longsleeve shirt of my favorite shirt. An amercian chopper Orange County Chopers.
