It's been a while for me, too. I was on vacation for a couple of weeks and I thought, for sure, I'll have some quality girl time. But, no, my mind just wasn't into it, alas! :( Hopefully, I'll be feeling a little more chipper before Halloween comes around.

Love,
CJ
Hi CJ,
..o)..
Thank you for saying that. :)

Isn't it weird how that happens with free time and still not dressing? I totally have to feel the desire to dress too. Last night, when I got home, I dressed again and went to bed and woke up the same way. It was late so I just put on some puffy socks and wore one of my chemises. It feels great as usual, but sometimes I just don't want to do it. Even-though I dress rather casually at home. Light makeup and no forms.

When I had facial hair I'd blame it on that, but now that I don't grow facial hair anymore I can tell you that was just an excuse to say, "naaaa" :) I guess this is where one of the privileges of being TG'd comes in. On a day where I don't want to feel lke a woman I can opt out.

I hope Halloween proves to be a boon in your dressing CJ. :)

So I dressed yesterday and today again. (forgot to stay on topic) :)

Beauty and CJ, I soo know what you mean, sometimes you just can't be bothered to dress up :) Sometimes I just don't want to have to put all the makeup on knowing that I'll only have to take it off a few hrs later, so now I've started dressing in the morning so that I can be dressed a bit longer but it does mean I only dress 100% about 2 times a week, then about 3 days without makeup.

I found relief last night. I got fully dressed for the first time in a while. I'd been feeling it for days, but I really felt like it at work yesterday when I dressed under. So when I came home I decided it was time. :)

It felt really good (like that's new?). lol and well.... ok, it feels really good as I'm still dressed. :)

I dress when I can. I don't want my kids finding out about me, or others I have not told. It will hurt them deeply. I have said in earlier posts, I don't do makeup, I don't go in public, and I would never pass as a woman. I have a pretty good wardrobe selection, and it is frustrating not being able to share it. I want tok but just can't. I have worn underclothes to work, then freaked anytime someone patted me on the back. I have a hard enough time finding a mate as a guy, the girl needs to go away.

Hiya girls, I have been so worn out this week, that it is a chore to get fully dressed. I did get fully dressed make up wig and thought i looked pretty good this morning and had planned to go out to BK for coffee and a dounut. I moved so slowly that I did not have the time to go and still it to work on time. So it goes, I plan on getting fully dressed and head out to go shopping on the weekend. I want to find a red or gray pair of dress back zip slacks. We'll see if that happens. Keep dressin, keep smilin and keep postin......kristen

I dressed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday so far this week. I wasn't going to dress today but I thought "Why not?"

Today it seemed easier and quicker than the other two days and I thought I did a little better job on the makeup considering I didn't tape.

While I'm waiting to go back to work, why not enjoy the time off?

Well I haven't gotten fully dressed (makup, wig, forms) in quite a while. I have been wearing dresses and such after the kids are in bed around my wife. She has been so great in accepting my femme side. =D>

I dressed 3 out of the 5 weekdays last week. Sorry I forgot to post it. #-o

I just came home from work, put on a chemise, light makeup, and hair. It was also great to fall asleep dressed each of those nights and wake up en femme. I'd take off my eye makeup before I'd go to work.

Now that my laser hair removal is complete I don't have to put on heavy foundation, so the pillow cases aren't covered in foundation makeup when I wake up.

Hi all,

Well, um, er, ah, let's see, now... May, June, July.... coming up on November... yep, that's it, I haven't fully dressed in close to six months. Is that a slump or what? Actually, I'm feeling much better these days than I have over the summer. I'm off for the entire first week of November; this might be a good opportunity for me to get into some serious Halloween spirit and fully let myself out.

I'm wondering if what I'm getting from the forum in the way of emotional sustenance isn't partly responsible for my decreased need to dress fully en femme. Is that possible? I truly wonder.

Congrats to all you "whole hog" dressers out there! If you have the energy, don't miss out, eh? 8)

Love,
CJ

I dressed last night. :)

It was kind of fun about how it happened. I didn't go through any elaborate planning. That was the fun part. I just took a shower and shaved the body (don't include face in there) [-o< thank you Laser [-o< I put on a comfy chemise, light makeup, hair and some big puffy socks. I went down to have a glass of wine with my wife.

I'm such a light weight. I fell asleep. but she woke me up for a very romantic evening.

I have to ask how much do you have to be wearing in order to say I am dressed. Can it be one item of clothing or does it have to be a full out fit. I am sort of confused.

I had the weekend to myself so I was dressed all weekend except for the time I went out grocery shopping. I changed to drab a little while ago to pick my wife and her friend up at the airport then later I'll be dressing up for my first transition support group meeting. Believe it or not, I'm tiring of the changing back and forth. I'd just rather stay en femme.
