I need to ask my wife if she'd like to go. I wouldn't be enfemme for it as I still have a mustache, no wig, and need to loose a bit more weight (down 30 lbs since Aug.)

I may be able to attend! I have to juggle some things but I will hopefully be able to make it - especially if Beauty is going - I would love to meet her!! Hear that Beauty? Let me know what you decide girls, we Virginian's need to stick together!

Cool. Right now I have to wait for the right time to ask my wife; she had some news she didn't like at work, so once gets over that I'll know. Hope my tux still fits.
I attended last year. It was nice to be able dress up in evening wear, to have my photograph taken by a professional photographer, and to socialize with other CDs/TGs.
My SO will be there as well. This would be a nice event for those of us who live in the Washington DC area to meet one another.

Your future is what you make of it, so make it a good one.
Donna,
Given my wife's situation, things are "up in the air" right now for me, but I would love to see you in the black gown you described and braless - wow!!!! Take pictures and post them. I sure hope I can make it.

I tried the gown with the bra this evening, and it worked fine, so I may not be going braless. I need to see how it looks with just the forms, but they are small, so . . . I've got some double sided masking tape somewhere for my woodturning.
Well I am with Beauty on this one. I beleive this will be my first of many years of planning on going, since well.... planning is a very simple and inexpensive exercise. Like Beauty, it is unlikely I will be actually going though.
I hope all of you that are going have a great time. However?

Isn't that what was said right before Fort Sumter was attacked? Laff...
What's the old saying???"Save your Confederate money folks, the South's gonna rise again!"
Of course there is the statement that after the surrender, General Lee returned to Richmond and told the huddled masses, "Don't do nuttin until I return!" Rumor has it a lot are still waiting!
Movin right along,
