Hmmm, has anyone here got a signature for your girlside?

I'm gonna buy a fake id card, just for fun, and it says about ya signature and I just thought that I have never even tried a Sophie Lawson signature :)

I'm gonna go try now lol Anyone else ever tried it? If not, should give it a go :)

I've practiced signing my femme name for those "just in case" situations. I've even used it once or twice, filling out the guestbook at museums. It's not too too different from my regular one, just a tad neater.

Hey Sophie that's a good idea! I always wondered what Lorna's signature would look like. :-k

I run a small company and on all the PR/media stuff (over a decade's worth) I've used a female name (no, not alexandra or my other female name). When I get mail with her name on it I know it pertains to PR stuff, not me the owner. I understand big businesses do this too. Anyway, I've "signed" that name thousands of times.

Sophie, it is really funny because some days my signature looks like my fathers, then some times it looks like my mom's , she was soooo feminine. Never really tried to sign like a girl , I'll give a go. see how I do.....Kristen

Shopping with only cash is not fun (not knowing if you will have enough $ when you are at the register), so I got a couple of credit cards on Gaby's name. And with the cards, came the need for the signature.

It was kind of fun when I was trying to come up with one. Kind of when a girl has a crush on a guy and starts filling pages with her would-be married name.

I have signed things "Rikki" and it doesn't come easily or smoothly. :(

Here in Southern California, if you use a credit card, you usually get asked to show a photo ID, unless they know you. So since all my ID is still in my male name, the credit card I got in the name of Rikki never gets used.

Since my male signature is my two initials (F. C.) and last name, I figure if I ever do a legal name change, I figure that I will change my name to Frederikka Carolyn C----. Rikki will be a logical nickname, and my signature won't change. :)
Love and respect,
Rikki

My local bar (where they know me both in drab and en femme) uses a blackboard as a sign-up sheet for people who want to play pool. When I'm there in drab, I write my name in an uppercase block-letter scrawl; when I'm en femme, I sign on with a neat, cursive hand and a flourish. But I didn't notice this until a friend pointed it out to me one day!
